What season is July in Holland?

I just came back from Holland in July, and the climate in July is still very good. The temperature is generally above 20 degrees Celsius. Wearing short-sleeved shorts doesn't feel hot, but it often rains. When I go out, I must take my umbrella. By August, the weather will start to get cold. I should not only wear long sleeves, but also add a coat.
