Since 2002, I have attached great importance to collecting all kinds of geographical information, and downloaded a large number of lesson plans, pictures, sounds and videos, especially complete courseware (mainly Powerpoint, Flash, Authoware, etc.). ) Use all kinds of CDs sold in the market through the Internet (such as geographic gallery, China Geographic magazine DVD, etc.). It is the most difficult to obtain image material, because the given material is huge and difficult to transmit on the Internet, so online courseware generally has no image material. In practice, I find that it is better to get information from TV, which introduces more geographical knowledge and is very practical for courseware making. A TV receiving card was installed in the computer, connected to CCTV, and recorded CCTV2 Earth Story, CCTV 1 Man and Nature, Approaching Science, Animal World, Science Expo, CCTV6 World, CCTV 10 Science World, Green Space and other geographical related TV programs. Hundreds of video discs were burned. For example, the video materials such as volcanic eruption, volcanic cloud, debris flow, etc., which I quoted when I made the courseware of geological disasters of magnitude 4.6, were recorded by CCTV 10. The materials collected and produced were initially disorganized. To make full use of them, it is necessary to arrange and process them in time, establish a material library, classify the collected materials and establish a practical material library. Two, skilled use of courseware making tools, with a certain ability to make courseware.

If a worker wants to do a good job, he must sharpen his tools first. On the premise of mastering the basic knowledge of computer operation, teachers can master and skillfully use the following software to help you make courseware, constantly improve their level and make more and more beautiful courseware.

1, learn to use word processing software: Microsoft Word, Wps and other word editing and processing tools.

2. Learn to use sound processing software: it refers to the tool software for recording, editing and playing sound or music media. Common audio tools include: Jin Bo, Sound Forge, Cool Editor Pro, Wavestudio, Sound Editor, Cakewalk, Midisoft, etc.

3. Learn to use graphics and image editing software: it is the basic processing technology of multimedia. Commonly used tools and softwares include: Red Dragonfly Grabbing Wizard 2004, Acdsee5.0, Photoshop7.0, etc.

4. Learn to use animation software: commonly used tool software: Swishmax, FlashMX, etc. For example, when I made the courseware of 2.5 common weather system, I chose Swishmax software production platform, which has smooth animation, good dynamic effect and flexible interactive control. Most front-line teachers don't have the time and energy to do animation. They can record useful animation clips from the courseware through screen capture tools such as HyperCam and Super Screen Capture Professional Edition 4.3 1. Learn to use commonly used courseware making software: PowerPoint and Look Book are tools based on pages or cards, Authorware and Founder Aosi are tools based on icons, Director, Action, Flash and Swishmax are tools based on time, Visual Basic and Visual C are tools based on programming languages, but courseware making is based on programming languages. Courseware production mainly uses PowerPoint, Swishmax and Founder Aosi software. Briefly introduce the advantages and disadvantages of these three softwares:

PowerPoint is the simplest and most widely used courseware making tool, which can make multimedia files including sound, text, image, animation or video clips. In the following method, an annoying dialog box will appear when using external animation. This problem can be solved by installing SwiffPointPlayer20.exe plug-in and directly inserting animation, but the animation is not smooth enough, and the zoom-in and zoom-out function disappears during the playback. If you insert more animations and videos, the running speed will be too slow. In addition, it has poor interactivity and cannot be flexibly controlled.

Swishmax is powerful and has excellent performance. High intelligence, simple operation, strong in-vitro animation embedding ability, smooth animation, good effect, flexible interactive control, especially simple and convenient production of special effects characters. However, when in-vitro animation is embedded, the link function disappears due to the change of the courseware path, and the video material cannot be directly imported or linked, which affects the integrity of the courseware. However, video can be embedded by converting Flash MX into Flash animation, but the image clarity is greatly affected.

Founder Aosi has an intuitive, simple and friendly all-Chinese user interface, powerful text and graphic editing functions, supports rich media playing modes and dynamic effects, and can realize flexible interactive operation and multimedia synchronization. In addition, the software made by Otis can be easily made into EXE text or HIML web page format, and can be arranged to run without Otis. However, Aussie's own animation function is weak, and its zoom-in and zoom-out function of inserting Flash animation disappears, and the animation effect is single and less. The compatibility with FlashMX is very poor, so it is better to use Flash5.0 and the next version, with good compatibility.

If in a courseware, we can use a variety of software to make targeted courseware, make full use of their advantages, learn from each other's strong points, and use link technology to embed and call each other, we can make high-quality exquisite courseware independently at will.
