Baishui River and Zhonglu River cross the border, and there are streams such as Minbaogou River and Hanan River, which are rich in water resources and provide unique advantages for hydropower development and agricultural irrigation. Shijiba Canal was built in 1960s, Hanan Canal and Heping Canal in 1970s. The irrigated farmland area 1 1,000 mu is one of the top ten canals in Wenxian county. Chai Men Pass is located at the junction of Wenxian County and Jiuzhaigou County, and the two counties are bounded by Qinglong Bridge. Baishui River flows out from Songpan and into Wenxian County from Chai Men Pass. The mountain in the pass is steep, the cliff is connected with pavilions, the plank path is small, and the river is swift. The cliff is engraved with the words Qin Shu locks the key. One person guards it, and 10 thousand people can't play its potential. In ancient times, it was a dangerous pass to refuse Tubo entry. There have been battles and killings in history, and now it has become a friendship pass for Chinese and Tibetan compatriots. There is Hanan Village in the southeast of Chai Men Pass, which is located on the south bank of Baishui River. It belongs to one of the four border villages in Wenxian County and has a long history. In the Ming Dynasty, there was once a large-scale village of Wang Zhen, with four gates in the southeast and northwest, and the city walls stood tall, as well as the remains of the village wall. There is an ancient temple, named Hanan Buddhist Temple, which is called the ancestor by casting Buddha in all copper. 1958 smelting steel was destroyed. Today, there are 390 families in the village, with a population of over 65,438+0,800, bordering on Caodi Township, Jiuzhaigou County, Sichuan Province. In the past, the dispute between the two sides over firewood and gold mining attracted the attention of the two county governments, and now the relationship has gradually improved.
