On the same day, sponsored by yima city Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Fang Zhimin, Vice Chairman of Writers' Association, gave a lecture on "Long and Brilliant Yima History and Culture" for citizens who love history and culture, which was an activity to publicize excellent culture. As an explorer who has studied Yima's history and culture for many years, Mr. Fang tells the origin and evolution of Yima's history in detail, as well as major historical events and historical and cultural remains that took place on Yima's land, as well as emerging figures with historical influence such as Xiang Yu, Liu Bang, Huangfu Mi and Liu Yuxi, and makes the historical and cultural development of Yima clear and clear.

Starting with the splendid Yangshao culture, the lecture vividly and interestingly narrated the historical evolution of Yima around the newly discovered historical stories and legends such as the Spring and Autumn Tombs, Xin 'an Old City, Qian Qiu Pavilion and Chukeng. It fully embodies the valuable qualities of Yima people since ancient times, such as hard work, kindness and loyalty, courage and strength, hatred of evil, fear of sacrifice and courage to take responsibility.

Geographical location is very important, and it has always been an important place for military strategists and businessmen to shuttle. In ancient times, there was a post station three miles away, which was a place where the central and local governments exchanged news, ordered military affairs, rested and changed horses. There is a "Stone River" that runs through the city from north to south. In the ancient summer, the river surged and rolled down wrapped in stones. You can only cross the river on a sunny day, and when it rains, the horse will be thrown into the stone river ... Where there is a post station, there must be a horse, also known as "post horse", and reading homophonic becomes "righteous horse". The Seven Heroes of the Warring States fought for hegemony, and the "Qin and Zhao Menghui" recorded in historical books is the site of Mianchi today. Lin Xiangru United the prince of Zhao and the king of Qin to form an alliance here, and Lian Po was heavily stationed at the border of Qin and Wei, three miles east of Mianchi, to prevent accidents. Yima, a coal city, is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Sanmenxia, located in the west of Henan Province, on the Song-Han ancient road, facing Shao Feng in the north and Loy in the south. It is 0/83km away from Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, and is located between Luoyang and Xi 'an. It has a long history and strategic position. There are many historical sites. Before the Sui Dynasty, Yima was under the jurisdiction of Xin 'an County, which was located in Shihe Village, southwest of the central city. Xin 'an County was originally located in the Qin Dynasty, and experienced Han, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties and Sui Dynasty. Xiao Chang, Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, settled in Xi 'an in the third year (527). Xixin 'an merged into Mianchi County. When Xin 'an County was in Qin Dynasty, it meant "new peace and order". Xin 'an Ancient City is located between Qian Qiu Street and Shihe Village in yima city New District.
