The Terminator of Mind is the ultimate weapon of Upsilon camp in Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge MOD The End of Mind. According to the 2.0 version of the mission, the mind terminator can generate five times more energy than the mind controller and have 1000 times more power than the mind controller. When charging at 1: 20, once started, the whole world will be controlled.
