2. Sleeping bag (not needed) This is a must. Considering comfort and hygiene. I suggest you prepare one, not too good. Usually three seasons are good. When it is cold, it is recommended to bring a fleece sleeping bag and use it together. You will find that 1+ 1 is greater than 2.

3. Dampproof mat (unnecessary) See if you can sleep comfortably. Take them all away. This is not heavy either. Just choose a sponge. If it is damaged during inflation, it will be very troublesome, and you should bring the corresponding leak-trapping tools, so that you will not feel uncomfortable even if you sleep on the ground.

5. Backpack (Backpack is a must, I suggest Dortmund's three-in-one backpack, and the top bag can be taken off, which is convenient and practical and of good quality). Professional bicycle backpacks can provide stable and strong load, and the design is reasonable. The quality of the backpack can't be ignored. It's really a pity that "a girl gave up halfway". What must be considered is the fabric of the backpack, which is not waterproof enough and should be equipped with a rain cover.

6. The first car bag (the first car bag is optional, I usually bring a small wallet with a camera, which is convenient for taking pictures), just put the map, camera and common small items. It is required to have a reinforced design, which is impact-resistant, but it cannot be too large.

7. Waterproof bag (this is very simple, we can usually get it in plastic bags) This is more important, and most users sell it outside the store. Those who are handy or don't bother can change themselves, and it's not difficult. Because documents, credit cards and important items must be waterproof.

8. A simple travel backpack (the three-in-one backpack suggested above will solve this problem. Don't put extra weight on your back, your ass won't be noticed, especially when climbing mountains. This is dispensable. You don't carry a backpack everywhere, do you? That's the truth.

9. Rope (bring a rubber belt just in case)

An essential thing. Five meters is enough. Usually nylon rope is fine. Commonly used: traction, reinforcement and rescue. I take it with me every time I travel, so I have to check it carefully.

Second, miscellaneous items

1. Cutter (unnecessary)

It is not recommended to carry controlled knives, but knives are necessary. It is better to be similar to a Swiss army knife, which will bring great convenience during the journey. Once I took the "King of the Jungle" on a trip, and I found it convenient, but it was too heavy and impractical.

2. Lighter (you don't need to bring it unless you smoke)

Take it if you don't smoke. There is nothing to say about this thing. Just don't set it on fire anyway. Better bring some matches. Sometimes the lighter will go wrong, so it is still the original insurance method.

3. A flashlight (this is necessary, and sometimes it may be used for lighting at night) is a very practical thing. Generally, it is not necessary to bring two flashlights or headlights. Pay attention to the power supply, LED is more suitable, saving electricity and good lighting range. Can be used for lighting or lifesaving.

4. sewing kit (no need for anyone who is still thinking about sewing on the road)

Small things, big things. Find a senior to learn sewing before going out. It is better to rely on yourself than to seek help from others.

5. Plastic bag (you can put it on your feet when it rains, but it still works. Just take one or two, you can always pick them up on the way. Prepare some good quality! This thing is not heavy. It can be used as a water bag at a critical moment.

6. Rubber band (not required)

Prepare some, preferably of better quality. Although this thing is small, it has a great effect. Or take a tire and process it yourself.

7. Plastic cable ties (unnecessary) It is recommended to bring some with different lengths and thicknesses, which is very practical. The premise is that the quality should be well controlled! This is very important.

8. Transparent tape (not required) is used for fixing! Choose according to actual needs.

10. Recording tools (I have different feelings every day, recording the bits and pieces along the way will be beautiful and profound memories in the future, and it is necessary to write about my trip). Simply put, it is a small notebook and pen. It is worth noting here that it is recommended to bring an extra pencil, not too long, just the tip of the pencil. In some places, signature pens and ballpoint pens are not necessarily better than it.

Third, personal belongings.

1. jacket (I usually bring a cycling windbreaker, and a jacket is ok, but a cycling windbreaker is much lighter than a jacket. In many cases, I don't want to gain a gram, so I don't even bring much food. This is necessary. Waterproof and breathable are the characteristics of jackets, which are especially important in long-distance travel. A good jacket can remove water vapor from clothes, keep warm, and can be windproof and rainproof in light rain, and the fabric of the jacket is generally tough and suitable for travel. You should choose a better "I always use wolf claws". It feels very good. For safety reasons, bright colors are the first choice, which is more eye-catching outdoors.

2. Quick-drying underwear (unnecessary) is just mentioned here. If you have the conditions, prepare one, which will be of great help to yourself. The design of quick-drying underwear is that the front chest is composed of two different layers of fabrics, which can better prevent wind and keep warm. The back is generally designed with mesh fibers, which can better sweat, and more than 70% of the heat is discharged through the back, which can make the body cool down faster and discharge water vapor faster. Cycling clothes can make the long-distance riding process more comfortable, especially cycling pants, which can effectively reduce the friction on the inner thigh and relieve the riding pressure. You can wear it directly outside in summer and next to your body in winter. Cycling clothes are popular now, and the price is not very high.

4. cycling gloves (even if it is hot, I will choose long fingers, and it is inevitable to capsize in the gutter when riding. I usually bring a pair of rubber gloves on rainy days. The weather on this line won't be too cold, so I don't need to take them. More important protective equipment. Many people choose semi-fingered gloves in summer, but if they travel for a long time, it is recommended to equip them with professional cycling gloves with full fingers, and the gloves should not be too big, so it is best to stick them on your hands, so as to ensure that your fingertips will not be injured in an accident. Although half-fingering is cool, it is difficult to guarantee that you will continue your journey in the event of an accident. It is best to strengthen the palms and joints of gloves to ensure safety.

Helmet (this is a must, safety first, good health can go further) is as indispensable as gloves. Life is a matter of life, quality is paramount. Many tragedies in long-distance travel are caused by not wearing a helmet. Once the helmet falls to the ground in an accident, it can absorb a certain impact and split instantly. At the same time, the head is also buffered and protected. The way to wear it is also very important ~ adjust the position of the helmet in strict accordance with the regulations and lock the rope. It is definitely not something to bring. Choose a better friend if you can.

6. Ride mirror (required)

Its function is to effectively reduce the damage of wind and dust to eyes, as well as the stimulation of sunlight and ground to eyes. Motorists who go to the plateau are advised to wear protective lenses above UV400 ~ above 4,000 altitude. The ultraviolet ray is several times that of the plain, and most areas are covered with snow all year round. The reflection of sunlight in the sky and snow on the ground will do great harm to eyes, easily lead to snow blindness, and it is still very dangerous. Try not to choose glass lens glasses, so as to avoid damage to the eyes when the lens is damaged in an accident.

7. Sleeves, headscarves and sunscreen (all are long pants, sleeves are not needed; Headscarf is necessary, but sun protection, wind protection, dust prevention and sun protection are not necessary, and you generally don't care about this on the road. ) These are optional. It's not necessary, but if you bring it, it will protect yourself. Not much to say here.

1. Tool set (TOPEAK's combination tool is very good, and there is a chain joint) At present, most power bicycles adopt the internal six-screw fixing system, so be sure to bring a set of internal six-tool sets with guaranteed quality before going out. Tools should not be sloppy. It is recommended to choose some well-known brands TOPEAK and SIGMA, which are all equipped with chain joint tools, which is a good choice.

2. Same-car chain (chain joints are not needed, and the chain generally won't break) refers to the same spare chain equipped with the vehicle you are riding, and it is enough without many 8 to 10 knots. There are frequent chain accidents during the trip, so you must take this with you. It's better to bring a magic chain buckle, which will be more convenient. It is suggested that the chain should be cleaned frequently even if the whole car is not cleaned on the way.

3. Spare tire (you can bring two inner tubes without an outer tire. You rarely meet the best personality, even the tire will burst. You must bring a spare inner tube. It is recommended to take two photos for special trips (such as the new Tibet line). Don't take chances. Prepare yourself, because the size of your teammate's spare tire may not be suitable for your tire. It's best to test the air pressure of the inner tube before going out to make sure there is no problem. Check the tires carefully before going out. If you take the route with difficult conditions and difficult supply, you should prepare a spare tire (the best one can be folded). Don't pursue the weight of the tire. Stab-proof and antiskid are the first consideration.

4. Tire repair tools (essential) This must be prepared. Learn to mend your own tires before going out, and learn to use the correct tools and procedures. On the road, you have seen a screwdriver as a tire crowbar. This is not impossible. Once something goes wrong, it will be more troublesome. Glue and patches must be taken away and put away. There are quite a few sets of tire repair tools on the market now, which are still very good. It is best not to use metal tire crowbars, because many tires are made of aluminum alloy. Improper operation of metal tire crowbar will damage the tire, resulting in uneven braking force.

5. Air pump (required)

Generally choose portable, mainly for convenience. Can be tied to the frame, so as to save space, American tube can choose ordinary small portable air pump, French tube should choose professional portable air pump, similarly, do a pressure test before going out to ensure that the air pump does not leak or pressure out of the group.

6. Brake pads Brake pads (check the wear degree of brake pads before departure. If it is a disc brake, it is relatively new or replaced with a new pair before departure, there is no need to back up the brake pads. If it is a V brake, you have to bring one or two pairs). Brake pads and brake pads must also be carried. People will ensure that there will be no problem with the brake disc system, and the brake disc will wear out quickly after braking downhill for a long time. The increase in the temperature of the optical disc will aggravate this situation. For V-type brakes, when it rains or goes downhill for a long time, the wear of brake pads will increase, and it is difficult to buy suitable brake pads on the road. It is recommended that you prepare yourself. In the journey of about 2000, the disc brake system should carry 1 set of brake pads, and the V-type brake system should carry at least 2 sets of brake pads. After braking for a long time, the residue on the rim should be cleaned, and the disc brake should be cooled by the disc.

7. Grease (generally, there are two kinds of chain oil, dry and wet. I take them dry, mainly because there is less dust, and the lubrication time of dry chain oil is not as long as that of warm chain oil). That is always useful. Grease with ordinary butter is good, not only for lubrication, but also for sealing. When passing through windy and dusty areas, it can be applied to the parts of the destination that need to be sealed and removed, effectively preventing dust and water.

8. Spokes of this vehicle (not required)

You must take this with you, okay? Wheelsets should also carry replaceable spokes as much as possible. It's normal for spokes to be damaged after a long journey? To choose the right size wheels, you usually bring about 5 wheels. Spoke wrench to see personal needs? Brought many tools. Generally, there are less than two spokes to be replaced on the road, so just tighten them.

For vehicles with non-quick-release structure, it is necessary to carry adjustable wrench. For the commonly used screws on the car body, it is suggested to prepare two spare screws according to the size, especially the screws suitable for locking the joint of the shelf. If you don't choose the hexagon tool set, you should bring a screwdriver.
