Which is hotter, Hong Kong or Singapore?

Singapore is basically on the edge of the equator, about 5 degrees north latitude.

Hong Kong is on the edge of the tropics, with a latitude of more than 20 degrees north.

Summer should be about the same, and Singapore is a little hotter in the other three seasons, especially in winter.
