Frequent urination: The daily urine output of normal adults is mostly between1000-2000ml, and over 2500ml is polyuria. Urinating 4-6 times during the day and 0-2 times after sleeping at night. If it exceeds the above times, it is generally considered to be frequent urination. Calculate the 24-hour urine volume and water consumption. Daily water intake includes water intake from drinking water, fruits, diet and so on. The output is mainly urine. If the intake is balanced, or the output decreases with the decrease of intake, and it is within 2000 ml, it is not a big problem. If the amount of urine in and out does not match, or the daily urine volume exceeds 2500 ml, you should go to the hospital in time.

1. Prostatitis

Reason 2: There is a lot of energy metabolism.
