Why is there snow in Xiling Snow Mountain that lasts for thousands of years?

It only snows in winter in Xiling Snow Mountain. It snows every year because of the weather and altitude. Above the yin and yang boundary of Xiling Snow Mountain, the temperature is low. Snowfall begins in early and middle November every year and lasts until March. The snow on the top of Xiling Snow Mountain lasts almost all winter.

But the snow in Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort has to be heavily snowed to get snow.
