5. Before starting the engine, it is forbidden to preheat the existing fuel system with open flame to prevent fire. When driving on ice and snow roads, cars should be equipped with snow chains. The driver should check whether the braking device of the car is in good condition before leaving the car, and must not leave the car if it does not meet the requirements.

It is forbidden for vehicles to take mud on the road. If it happens, it should be cleaned up immediately.
