Scaffolding scheme selection

1, selection principle

(1) time limit for a project requirements and construction organization arrangement;

(4) Under the specified conditions and within the specified service life, it can fully meet the expected safety and durability;

(5) When selecting materials, strive to be universal, universal, reusable and easy to maintain;

(6) When selecting the structure, the stress shall be clear, the structural measures shall be in place, and the hoisting and erection shall be convenient for inspection and acceptance;

(7) Based on the above points, scaffold erection must also meet the requirements of Safety Inspection Standard for Building Construction and relevant standards of provincial civilized standard chemical industry.

2, the choice of frame body

According to the above principles, combined with the actual situation of this project and considering the previous construction experience, we decided to adopt the following scaffolding scheme:

13#, 16#, 17# and 5# commercial buildings and some underground garages are frame-shear wall high-rise structures. Considering the turnover of surrounding materials, site conditions and the requirements of construction deployment, the first to second floors adopt double-row floor-standing steel pipe scaffolding with a height of 9m. From the third floor to the tenth floor, and from the eleventh floor to the top of the building, steel cantilever double-row steel pipe scaffolding is used for erection in sections.

3, scaffolding material selection

(1) The steel pipe shall be a welded steel pipe of 48mm×3.5mm, the steel strength grade shall be Q235-A, and the surface of the steel pipe shall be straight and smooth without cracks, delamination, indentation, scratches and hard bending. The newly used steel pipe shall have the factory certificate. Before scaffolding construction, steel pipes must be sampled and sent to testing units with relevant national qualifications for mechanical tests such as bending and tensile strength of steel pipes. Only after the test results meet the design requirements can they be used for construction.

(2) The malleable cast iron fasteners used for scaffold erection shall meet the requirements of JGJ22-85 Standard for Hand Fasteners for Steel Pipe Feet issued by the Ministry of Construction, and shall be provided by the manufacturer with the fastener production license. There shall be no forging defects such as cracks, pores, shrinkage cavities and sand holes. The specifications of fasteners should match the steel pipes, the joints should be dry and the moving parts should be flexible. When clamping the steel pipe, the minimum distance at the opening shall not be less than 5 mm ... The steel pipe bolt shall not be damaged when the tightening torque reaches 70 N m. If the old fastener is used, the fastener must be sampled and sent to a testing unit with relevant national qualifications for testing the sliding resistance of the fastener, and the test results meet the design requirements before it can be used for construction.

(3) Maintenance, derusting and uniform coloring should be carried out before shelf erection, and the color should be beautiful in the environment. Scaffolding poles, protective railings and skirting poles are painted yellow and bracing is painted orange. The bottom row of vertical poles and sweeping poles are painted in red and white.

(4) The scaffold board is made of bamboo scaffold board, the thickness is not less than 50mm, the spacing between splicing bolts is not more than 60mm, and the bolt aperture is closely matched with the bolt.

(5) The safety net is a dense mesh safety net, the mesh should meet the requirements of 2000 mesh/100cm2, and it will not pass the penetration test. 1.6× 1.8m The weight of a single fabric is more than 3kg, and the color should meet the requirements of environmental protection. Green is selected. The flame-retardant safety net used must have the product production license and quality certificate, and the license issued by the construction safety supervision and management department.

(6) The diaphragm wall is made of steel pipe, and its material should meet the requirements of Q235A steel in the current national standard Carbon Steel Structure (GB/T700).

(7) The horizontal cantilever rod of cantilever scaffold adopts channel steel. 16a, with a total length of 3m, in which the length in the anchorage building is 1.5m, and the cantilever length is1.4m. The steel wire rope is 6× 19 with a diameter of 18.5mm, and the embedded anchor ring is/kloc.

(8) The external angle steel of the cantilever scaffold is made of 16a channel steel with a length of 2.1m.. The cable-stayed steel wire rope adopts 6× 19 model with a diameter of 14 mm, and the material requirements of external angle steel of cantilever scaffold are the same as those of cantilever scaffold. The section steel shall be welded with the embedded parts of the building, and the weld seam must be full and uniform, and the width and thickness of the weld seam must meet the design requirements. Covered electrode should choose T506 or above covered electrode, and obtain the factory certificate before use. Covered electrode must be stored and used correctly to avoid moisture. Once the covered electrode is damaged, it can no longer be used. The anchor ring embedded in the upper part of the cable-stayed steel rope is made of round steel with a diameter of16 mm.

(9) The main beam of the discharging platform adopts 18 channel steel, and the secondary beam adopts 10 channel steel. The strength grade of steel shall not be lower than Q235, and its quality shall conform to the current national standards "Carbon Steel Structure" (GB/T700) and "Low Alloy High Strength Structural Steel" (GB/T 159 1). 6× 19 cable for stay cables is adopted, with a diameter of 24.5mm. The embedded anchor ring of the upper cable is made of round steel with a diameter of 30mm, and the embedded anchor ring of the lower girder is made of round steel with a diameter of 20mm. ..

Second, the general requirements of scaffolding

1, structural requirements of vertical pole

(1) At the bottom of the scaffold, steel pipes with different lengths are staggered, and the staggered distance between two adjacent column joints in the height direction should not be less than 500mm;; The distance from the center of each node to the main node should not be greater than 1/3 steps. The lap length of the column should not be less than 1m, and it should be fixed with two rotating fasteners. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the rod end should not be less than100 mm. ..

(2) The vertical pole standing on the ground should be provided with stow-wood, and the vertical and horizontal sweeping pole should be set and connected to the footing pole, about 20cm away from the base.

(3) The vertical deviation of the vertical pole shall be controlled within 1/400 of the frame height.

2, big bar, small bar Settings

(1) The spacing between the main rails in the height direction of the scaffold is 1.8m, so as to hang the net. The main rail is placed in the column, and the cantilever length of each side is150 mm.

(2) The outer shelf is provided with a small pole at the intersection of the vertical pole and the main pole, and both ends are fixed on the vertical pole to form the overall stress of the spatial structure. The protruding length of the small bar against the wall should not be greater than 500mm.

(3) Install the main rail on the small rail and fix it on the horizontal rod with right-angle fasteners. The distance between the main rail and the operation layer should not be greater than 400 mm, and the length of the main rail should generally not be less than 3 spans and not less than 6 m. In general, longitudinal horizontal bars should be connected by butt fasteners or lap joints. Butt joints should be staggered from each other and should not be in synchronization and within the same span. The horizontal distance between adjacent joints should not be less than 500mm, and should be avoided in the middle of the main rail. The lap length shall not be less than 1m, and three rotating fasteners shall be set at equal intervals for fixing. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the rod end should not be less than100 mm.

3, bracing

(1) The number of each support across the column should be between 5 and 7. The width of each bracing should not be less than 4 spans and not less than 6m, and the inclination angle between diagonal and the ground should be between 45 degrees and 60 degrees.

(2) Scaffolds below 2)20m must be provided with bracing at both ends of the facade, and bracing should be set continuously from bottom to top; The clear distance of each bracing in the middle should not be greater than 15m.

(3) Except for the top floor, the joints of diagonal braces can be overlapped, and all other joints must be connected with butt fasteners. The overlapping requirements are the same as the above structural requirements.

(4) The diagonal braces shall be fixed on the protruding end or column of the transverse horizontal bar intersecting with it by rotating fasteners, and the distance from the center line of the rotating fasteners to the main node shall not be greater than150 mm. ..

(5) The diagonal bars of the transverse support shall be continuously set in zigzag shape from bottom to top in step 1-2, and the diagonal bars shall be fixed at the protruding end of the vertical column or the transverse horizontal bar intersecting with it by rotating fasteners.

(6) Horizontal supports must be set at both ends of the straight-open double-row scaffold, and one should be set every 6 spans in the middle.

4, scaffolding laying requirements

Wood boards are laid between the vertical poles and the structural layer in the scaffold: the board width is 200mm, and the internal and external vertical poles are covered with scaffolding boards, without probe boards.

5, protective railings

(1) A protective railing with a height of 1.2m and a skirting line with a height of 30cm must be set on the outside of the scaffold. There should be at least two protective railings in the top row, with a height of 0.9m and 1.3m respectively.

(2) For large bay windows and large bay doors, a protective railing with a height of 1.2m and a baseboard pole with a height of 30cm shall be set inside the scaffold.

6, even the wall parts

(1) Even the wall parts should be evenly arranged with flower rows. Even the wall pieces should be set close to the main node, and rigid nodes should be adopted. The distance from the master node should not be greater than 300 mm. The rigid wall section is shown below.

(2) Scaffolds and buildings are 4.5m in horizontal direction and 3.6m in vertical direction, and Rachel is set. If the floor height exceeds 4m, it will be encrypted horizontally. When the floor height exceeds 6m, a cable-stayed steel wire rope is set every 6m in the horizontal direction.

(3) Dense tension nodes at the corners and the top, that is, within the range of L meters at the corners, one tension node is set every 3.6 meters in the vertical direction.

(4) The connection point shall be firm to prevent movement and deformation, and shall be set at the joint of the cross bar outside the frame as far as possible.

(5) Exterior wall decoration stage should also meet the above requirements. If the original nodes need to be removed due to construction, reliable and effective temporary Rachel must be re-established to ensure the safety and reliability of the outer frame.

(6) The vertical spacing and horizontal spacing of wall connecting pieces should generally not be greater than 6m, and the wall connecting pieces must be set from the first longitudinal horizontal bar of the bottom interval. When it is difficult to install, other reliable measures should be taken to fix it.

(7) When the lower part of the scaffold can't be provided with even wall pieces, casting braces can be adopted. The poured diagonal brace shall be reliably connected with the scaffold with a long pole, and the inclination angle with the ground shall be between 45 degrees and 60 degrees. The distance between the center of the connection point and the main node should not be greater than 300mm, and the casting brace can be removed only after the wall piece is pardoned.

(8) The connecting rod in the wall connecting piece should be set horizontally perpendicular to the wall surface, and the end connected with the scaffold can be slightly inclined downward, and upward inclination is not allowed.

7. The frame body is closed

(1) In the scaffolding frame, the clear distance between the vertical pole and the wall is 200mm. If the structural design is more than 200mm, it is necessary to set up a piece, which should be flat and firm.

(2) The scaffold construction layer should be closed with scaffolding or boards between the vertical pole and the building.

(3) The outer frame below the construction layer shall be closed every 3 steps, and the bottom shall be closed with federated eye network or other measures.

8, the door structure requirements:

(1) The diagonal bars added at the mouth of the cave shall be fixed at the extension end of the horizontal bar intersecting with it by rotating fasteners, and the distance between the center line of the rotating fasteners and the center node shall not be greater than150 mm. ..

(2) The lateral supports added on both sides of the hole should extend out of the ends of the diagonal bars; A safety fastener should be added at the end of the added short diagonal bar.

(3) In order to ensure the personal safety of passers-by and construction workers, protective sheds are set at the entrances and exits of the first floor and the bottom floor of this project, which are covered with scaffolding colored strips. 9. Structural requirements of serrated ramps and ramps scaffolding:

(1) The ramp shall be attached to external scaffolding or buildings, but the components of the ramp shall be set independently. The width of the pedestrian ramp should not be less than 1m, and the slope should be 1: 3 (height: length). A platform should be set at the corner, and the width should not be less than the width of the ramp.

(2) Rails and pedals must be set around the platforms on both sides of the chute. The railing height is 1.2m, and the baseboard height should not be less than150mm; ;

(3) When the scaffold board of the chute is laid horizontally, longitudinal supporting diagonal bars should be added on the horizontal crossbar, and the diagonal bar spacing should not be greater than 500mm.

(4) When scaffolding is laid, the joints should be overlapped, the lower plate head should be close to the upper plate head, and the convex edge of the plate head should be filled with triangular wood.

(5) Slip-proof battens should be set on the scaffold board of the pedestrian chute every 250-300mm, and the batten thickness is 20-30mm.

10, protection engineering requirements and matters needing attention

(1) The outer side of the scaffold is closed with a green dense mesh safety net certified by the competent construction department, and the safety net is fixed on the inner side of the outer pole of the scaffold to prevent people or things from falling to the outer side of the scaffold. Set net should be tied firmly with 18 lead wire for scaffold upright post and crossbar, and the binding spacing should be less than 0.3m, which should be tight and flat. A horizontal safety net is set at the bottom of the scaffold and between layers, and supported by the safety net. The safety net bracket can be directly fixed on the scaffold.

(2) The safety baffle on the outside of the scaffold is laid on the 4th and 9th floors of Building No.3, and it is required to be laid tightly and set along the outer frame, so as to ensure that the personnel working on the safety baffle will not fall to the ground through the safety baffle because they accidentally drop something. It is forbidden to throw shelf materials directly on the ground. They should be neatly stacked and hung on the ground with ropes. (3) For horizontal holes below 1.5× 1.5m in the building, a fixed cover plate or a full-length steel mesh cover plate should be set up, and protective railings with a height of not less than 1.2m should be erected around holes above1.5m, with a horizontal safety net in the middle.

(4) The verticality of the whole frame is less than 1/500 of the length, but the maximum is not more than100 mm; ; For scaffolding arranged in a straight line, its longitudinal straightness is less than1/200 of the length; The levelness of the crossbar, that is, the height deviation at both ends of the crossbar is less than 1/400 of the length.

(5) Scaffolding shall be inspected regularly during use, and it is forbidden to place it in a heap. Debris accumulated in each layer shall be cleaned up in time, and scaffold components and other materials shall not be thrown from a height.

(6) Before dismantling, conduct a comprehensive inspection of scaffolding, dismantle all redundant objects, set up a demolition area, and prohibit personnel from entering. Demolition sequence should be removed layer by layer from top to bottom, and even the wall pieces should be removed to this floor. Dismantled parts shall be hoisted by slings or delivered manually. Do not throw them. The dismantled components should be classified and piled up in time to facilitate transportation and storage.

Third, the erection of steel cantilever scaffold

1 cantilever scaffold erection process is as follows:

Horizontal cantilever → vertical sweeping pole → vertical pole → horizontal sweeping pole → small bar → main reinforcement (joist) → bracing → wall fittings → scaffolding → protective railing → safety net.

2. Fixed distance positioning

First, set the spacing and position of the internal and external uprights on the steel beam to be used as a cantilever beam, make a fixed column with a length of 150mm and a diameter of 20mm with round steel, and weld it at the position of the uprights (as shown below). Then draw the dividing line between the cantilever part and the part anchored in the floor on the section steel. According to the embedded anchor ring and dividing line in the floor, the steel is positioned and installed to complete the positioning of the whole frame.

Four, cantilever scaffold Yang Angle steel erection

1, Yang Angle steel erection process is as follows:

Welding of external angle steel with embedded parts → support or connection with steel wire rope → vertical rod → horizontal sweeping rod → small bar → main reinforcement → bracing → wall fittings → scaffolding → protective railing → safety net.

2. The key of cantilever scaffold lies in the fixing of external angle steel. After fixation, the upper scaffold is erected, and the process is the same as that of cantilever scaffold.

1. Each building of this project is equipped with four unloading platforms, which are located on the ninth and fourteenth floors respectively. The width of the unloading platform is 3m, and the cantilever part is 4.5m The main beam adopts 18 channel steel, and the secondary beam adopts 10 channel steel. 2. The unloading platform can be hoisted only after it is processed and qualified. When hoisting, hook should be hung at the four corners to transmit the initial signal, but just lift the platform slightly and loosen the cable-stayed wire rope before the formal hoisting. The four guide ropes of the hook should be equal in length to ensure the stability of the platform during hoisting. After hoisting to the predetermined position, first fix the platform I-beam with embedded parts, then fix the wire rope, tighten the nut and wire rope clamp, and then loosen the tower crane hook. The unloading platform can only be used after it is installed qualified. Need to upgrade and acceptance. Specific structural requirements are as follows:

(1) The cantilever unloading platform should be designed according to the current corresponding specifications, and its structure should be able to prevent left and right shaking.

(2) Rest points and pull-up nodes of the cantilever unloading platform must be located on buildings, and shall not be located on construction equipment such as scaffolding.

(3) The diagonal tie rod or wire rope should have two sections on each side in structure. Of the two sections near the building side, one is the safety reserve and the other is to be calculated.

(4) Four rings after checking calculation should be set. When lifting the platform, a snap ring should be used, and the hook should not be directly hooked with the snap ring. The ring should be made of A 3 boiling steel.

(5) When installing the cantilever unloading platform, the wire rope should be hung up with a special hook, and there should be no less than three jams when using other methods. The steel wire rope around the sharp corner of the building should be padded, and the outer opening of the cantilever unloading platform should be slightly higher than the inner opening.

(6) The mesa should be covered with scaffolding.

(7) Fixed protective railings must be installed on the left and right sides of the cantilever discharging platform.

(8) When the cantilever unloading platform is hoisted, it needs to be welded and fixed at the support point of the beam, connected and adjusted by wire rope. After inspection and acceptance, you can loosen the hook and operate it up and down.

(9) When using the cantilever unloading platform, there should be a special person to check. If the wire rope is found to be corroded and damaged, it should be replaced in time and the weld should be repaired in time.

(10) The allowable load value shall be clearly marked on the unloading platform. The total weight of personnel and materials on the operating platform is strictly prohibited to exceed the design allowable load, and there should be special supervision.

Six, scaffolding labor arrangement

1, in order to ensure the progress of the project, at the same time, according to the structural characteristics of the project and the number of external scaffolding, it is determined that the scaffold erection personnel outside the project need 15 ~ 20 people, all of whom hold relevant certificates.

2. Establish a management organization composed of project manager, builder, safety officer and installation technician, and the installation director is directly responsible for command, deployment and inspection.

3. The erection and dismantling of external scaffolding shall be approved by the technical director of the project before the construction operation can be carried out, and sufficient auxiliary personnel and necessary tools must be equipped.

Seven, scaffolding inspection and acceptance

1, scaffolding must be set up by professional and technical personnel with valid work license;

2, acceptance and inspection section by section, found that does not meet the requirements should be quickly rectification, and shall be investigated for responsibility;

3. The segmental acceptance of external scaffolding shall be carried out in strict accordance with Section VIII of Safety Technical Specification for Fastening Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Building Construction (JGJ 130-200 1) and JGJ59-99 External Scaffolding Inspection Score Sheet, and the contents required by the listed items and construction scheme shall be checked. Fill in the acceptance record and sign it by the installer, safety officer, builder and project manager before completion.

4, each layer of the frame body must be closed (i.e., isolated), and no more than 4 steps.

Eight, scaffolding safety technical measures

1, technical support measures

(1) After the erection of the shelf is completed, a qualified dense mesh safety net shall be laid around and at the bottom of the shelf.

(2) Steel pipes and fasteners shall be inspected and selected before entering the site, and the fasteners used shall be cleaned and oiled once before use. Fasteners must be tightened and not loosened. The pre-tightening force of each bolt is 40N? m~65N? Between m.

(3) When the shelf is erected to a height of 10m, the self-inspection shall be conducted by the shelf erection unit; After the scaffold erection is completed, the erection unit shall, jointly with the user unit, inspect and accept the whole scaffold, and it can be put into use only after it is qualified.

(4) Scaffolding is a safety protection barrier during construction and a working platform during decoration. It is forbidden to fix formwork supports, wind ropes, pumping concrete and mortar pipes on scaffolding. It is forbidden to hang lifting equipment on scaffolding.

(5) The safety of scaffolding is guaranteed by the integrity and structural integrity of the scaffold. It is forbidden for others to destroy the shelf structure or dismantle and erect scaffolding components on the shelf without permission. During the use of scaffolding, it is forbidden to remove the following bars: horizontal and vertical horizontal bars at the main node, or even wall pieces.

2, quality assurance measures

(1) Operators must receive on-the-job technical training and safety education before operation.

(2) Before scaffold erection and dismantling, technicians must make safety technical disclosure to operators and convey it to all operators.

(3) Scaffolding must be erected in strict accordance with the construction organization design. During the installation process, technicians must supervise the installation on site to ensure that the installation quality meets the design requirements.

(4) Scaffolding is completed. Scaffolding shall be accepted according to the construction organization design and single operation acceptance sheet. If any nonconformities are found, they must be rectified within a limited time or immediately.

3. Safety measures

(1) The operator must hold a climbing operation certificate before taking up his post.

(2) In the process of shelf erection (demolition), tools and articles shall not fall off the shelf in order to achieve civilized operation; At the same time, we must ensure our own safety. You need to wear non-slip shoes, safety helmet and safety belt for aerial work, and you are not allowed to go on the shelf without wearing safety protection articles.

(3) All kinds of workers working on the shelf should pay attention to their own safety (especially those working on the unloading platform). It is not allowed to throw articles downward or outward at will, and it is not allowed to dismantle the safety protection device at will.

(4) It is forbidden to erect or dismantle scaffolding in rainy, snowy and windy weather.

(5) Designated persons shall be responsible for the regular inspection and warranty of scaffolding.

3) Stop using it for more than two months before returning to work.

4) Check the warranty items

A. Whether the installation of each bar at each main node and the structure of wall fittings meet the requirements of construction organization design;

B. Whether the fastening screws are loose;

C. whether the safety protection measures meet the requirements.

(6) When electric and gas welding operations are carried out on the scaffold, there must be fire prevention measures, and there must be special personnel for supervision.

(7) Scaffolding frontage must have protective measures to prevent falling objects from hurting people.

(8) When scaffolding is erected and dismantled, fences and warning signs should be set on the ground, and non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from entering.

Nine, steel cantilever discharging platform safety precautions

1. After being hoisted to the corresponding position by hoisting machinery during erection, the platform shall be firmly connected with the building and shall not slide, and the steel wire rope shall be smoothly connected to the platform before exiting the machinery.

2. Before the platform is used every day, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the steel wire rope and scaffolding set up by rings. If problems are found, they must be dealt with in time.

3. The loading on the platform shall not exceed the load, and the load shall be limited to 1 ton, and the length shall not exceed 50cm of the platform, and the ultra-high stacked materials shall not exceed the protective railings.

4. The protective railings on the platform shall not be removed at will.

5. When lifting, there must be a special person to command, and the platform shall not be collided, and other personnel shall not stay on the platform.

6. When placing materials, they must be neatly stacked according to specifications and varieties, and the length should be separated. Do not mix hoisting, and do not assemble and clean the formwork on the platform.

7. Don't throw materials on the platform from the upper floor to the lower floor.

8. Sufficient lighting must be kept on the construction platform at night.

9, the upper part of the unloading platform node, must be located in the building, shall not be set on scaffolding and other construction equipment.

10, when the unloading platform is installed, the wire rope should be hung with a special hook, and the wire rope at the acute angle of the building should be padded, and the outer opening of the platform is slightly higher than the inner opening.

12. When lifting the unloading platform, it is necessary to weld the supporting points of the fixed beam and connect the steel wire rope. Only after inspection can the hook be released.

13, when using the unloading platform, there should be someone who is responsible for the inspection. If the steel wire rope is found to be corroded or damaged, it should be replaced in time, and the weld should be repaired in time.

14. The allowable load shall be marked on the operating platform, and the total weight of personnel and materials shall not exceed the design allowable load, and it shall be supervised by special personnel.

Ten, scaffolding demolition safety technical measures

1. Before dismantling scaffolding, the scaffolding to be dismantled shall be thoroughly inspected. According to the inspection results, make an operation plan and submit it for approval. Construction can only be started after technical disclosure. The operation plan generally includes: the steps and methods of dismantling the frame, safety measures, material stacking place, labor organization arrangement, etc.
