Huihang Ancient Trail Hiking Guide 1-Day Huihang Ancient Trail Guide
1. A one-day guide to cross the Huizhou-Hangzhou Ancient Road
The Hui-Hang Ancient Road is an ancient road connecting Hangzhou and Huizhou (now Huangshan City). It is a hiking route suitable for all seasons.
I personally prefer to go in March and April in spring. At this time, you can watch the Huihang Ancient Road and rapeseed flowers together, and the scenery will be richer. Last year, my wild journey started from Zhechuan Village and ended in Jixi County. On the one hand, the difficulty is relatively small, the rise is relatively small, and the decline is relatively large; on the other hand, the destination is covered with rape flowers, which is like a reward for hikers. This weekend, Wild Journey visited the Huihang Ancient Trail, Meiganling Rapeseed Flowers, and Kantou Ancient Village for two days. You can sign up by entering their official WeChat account for your reference.
2. One-day guide to the Huihang Ancient Road
There are two routes on the Huihang Ancient Road:
1. Cross it directly. Because the Huihang Ancient Road is actually not difficult to walk. When I was 45 years old, I took my wife (42 years old) and set off from Zhechuan (Zhejiang side) at 6:30 in the morning to cross the Huihang Ancient Road. Around three o'clock in the afternoon, I went to the roadside in Anhui to wait for the bus to Jixi County. It can be seen that the requirements for passers-by are very low. If this is the case, bring some water and food (lunch snacks and some fruit) with you on the way.
2. Camp on the way and visit Qingliang Peak. There is a camping place on the way to Huihang Ancient Road (I don't know if there are any farmhouses or hotels now). At the beginning, we hurriedly surrounded two open spaces, and many travelers camped here (the fee was 5 yuan/ There are also very simple beds, but they are a bit dirty. If so, you can choose to rent tents, sleeping bags, etc., or you can choose to bring your own. Of course, you should prepare more food in the camp.
3. Round trip route map of Huihang Ancient Road
Take a chartered bus from Yonglai Village to Yuchuan, Jixi County, or take a shuttle bus from Zhechuan to Qingliangfeng Town (Jikou) in the morning ), arrive at Jixi County from Lin'an at 8:30, and take a bus to Yuchuan at Jixi County Bus Station at 10:30, or directly hire someone from Yonglai Village to help you drive to Yonglai and drive home directly.
4. Guide to starting from Hangzhou on the Huihang Ancient Trail
Get off at Jixi Railway Station, take bus No. 1 (1 yuan) across the road to the bus station, or walk for about 20 minutes to the bus station, and then take the bus. Take a minibus (6.5 yuan) to Yuchuan. When you get off, you can see the big red letters at the entrance of Guhuihang Road. If not, you can ask the villagers. , and the Ancient Road Hotel are the starting point of the ancient Huizhou-Hangzhou road. Tickets for the ancient road are 30 yuan and Qingliang Peak is 10 yuan (last year, Qingliang Peak was 8 yuan). You can buy tickets for the ancient road at Qingliang Peak. Just pay for the ticket at Yezhutang. Keep it when you buy it, because you will always check it when you get to the ancient road.
The Huihang Ancient Road is easy to walk, just take the main road and don't take the side roads. The starting point of the ancient trail: the first pass in the south of the Yangtze River at Jixi Yuchuan Ancient Trail Hotel - Huangmaopei Village, Qingliangfeng Bridge, Tangxue Shangchang, Lantian Cave, Nantianmen, Yonglai Village (Anhui), Zhejiang Jitian (Zhejiang).
< p>Qingliang Peak: Lantian Kaoxi - Yezhutang Qingliang Peak Yezhutangxi - Lantian KaoThe first day: Tangxue went to school from Qingliangfeng Bridge, Huangmaopei Village, Jixi Yuchuan Gudao Hotel, the first pass in the south of the Yangtze River. Lantian Au. The journey takes about four and a half hours. The first day is camping in Lantian Valley.
The second day: from - Wild Boar Pond, - Qingliang Peak, to Lantian Au - Xiaoxi. Then, we returned to Lantian Valley on the same route. The round trip took about seven hours. However, some old donkeys would go to Boar Pond on the first day and camp on the second day. Go directly to Qingliangfeng. Then, from Liangqingfeng, you get off to Yezhutang-Xiaoxi, where there is a path leading to Yonglai Village. It is not recommended to go from Lantian Ao. It takes a lot of physical strength to get to Wild Boar Pond)
Day 3: Lantian Au - Nantianmen Yonglai Village Tetsujida. When I arrived in Jitian, Zhejiang, I took a minibus to Changhua. (In fact, there is a CMB bus at the entrance of the Huihang Ancient Road.) Then from Changhua to Hangzhou. (There are more cars in Hangzhou)
There is a campground in the blue sky. Please contact us before you go. There is only one forester's hut in the boar pond. (Yezhutang is also the last supply point at Shangqingliang Peak)
Recommendation: Camp in Lantianao on the first and second days. You can leave unnecessary items at the campground when the peak is cooler the next day. Try to travel as light as possible. You need a tour guide to go to Qingliang Peak, which costs 100 yuan. (This is the price last November.) If you can let other old donkeys take you, that's fine. In short, there will be many donkeys going to Liang Qingfeng on the Huihang Ancient Road in November.
P.S. There was no mobile phone signal when we passed Huangmaopei Village. It was only available when we went to Lantianwa. Blue Sky Camp also has cabins, but they must be reserved in advance. Price: 50 yuan per person, including breakfast and dinner. The other 5 yuan is for a person taking a shower. (These are the prices last November. Don’t blame me for the price increase.)
5. Huihang Ancient Trail Hiking Route
Hello, the most important thing is to eat Accommodation, walking.
Preparation:
Rain gear: Rain gear can block rain on rainy days and shade on sunny days, so rain gear is a must.
A sturdy disposable poncho is a very useful tool, especially for amateur hikers, to protect backpacks, cameras, and other waterproof items. PS: It can also keep you warm. (Yes, it didn’t rain)
Pole Climbing: Although the Huihang Ancient Road is a choice for beginners, it is safer to walk on three legs. Although there are many bluestone roads on the Huihang Ancient Road, there are also many muddy dirt roads and paths along the cliff (it is easy to slip when encountering sand). It is still very scary without hiking poles. PS: Trekking poles can be purchased and collected at the intersection of the ancient road (left by other travelers at the exit). (Pick it up, it’s still useful)
Eat: Bring your own dry food, mainly chocolate, beef jerky, biscuits, etc. Can replenish your physical strength. If you are willing to increase the load, you can bring whatever you like. Be careful not to spoil (O(_)O) in summer, and be sure to bring water. (I brought a lot of food, but it is still useful. After all, there is food in the mountains even if you are hungry.)
Wear: You always sweat when climbing mountains. If it were a two day trip. It’s a good idea to bring a change of clothes and a thick coat. It's midsummer and the weather is unclear. It's only 3 or 4 degrees in the mountains in March. When you catch up with the heavy rain, you and I will be kept awake at night by the cold. Besides, your clothes should be sports-oriented and your shoes should be non-slip. (Do you need to change your clothes to fit your body, but a jacket is a must. It’s still a bit cold in the mountains.)
Accommodation: This is a relatively simple and easy-going family in the middle of the ancient road. No problem hosting over 200 tourists. You can book a room in advance, with or without a bathroom. Because the rooms are limited, we booked one with a bathroom for 60 yuan/person and the other without a bathroom for 50 yuan/person. However, the toilet is safe to use. There is hot water and dinner and breakfast are included. Dinner will be meat dishes depending on the number of people, and breakfast will be porridge. (The meat dishes are only braised pork, with the addition of chicken pot, it costs 60 yuan each, but the taste is good. The other dishes are vegetarian and the taste is too bland, so we wonder if the current salt price has really risen ridiculously? In addition, you need to order at least 100 yuan in advance Make a reservation within a week, otherwise you may not have a room. Special emphasis is placed on bringing toiletries with you. Towels are 6 yuan on the mountain, and there is an electric blanket on the bed.)
Additional matters:
1. There is plenty of time for this strategy. Hiking to take photos, rest and play time, oh, and bed time.
2. Enter the ancient road until the first pass in Jiangnan. China Mobile and China Unicom have no signal. What the hell is telecom having a signal? Please note. (That’s right.)
3. Walk without looking at the scenery, and look at the scenery without walking to ensure safety.
4. It is prohibited to throw non-biodegradable garbage along the way.
5. The total cost of the trip is 213 oceans per person, including round-trip transportation, accommodation, tickets, etc.~
I hope my answer can help you!
Have a nice trip!
