Cangzhou City is a prefecture-level city in Hebei Province, located in the Heilonggang River Basin in the southeast of Hebei Province and the east of Hebei Plain, with the latitude of 37 29 ′ ~ 38 57 ′ north and the longitude of115 42 ′ ~17 50 ′ east.
