Usually, the contradiction between difficulty in seeing a doctor and difficulty in treating a disease is reflected here. But the first-class street community hospital is completely different from its subordinate community health stations. In the health station, although the total number of patients per day is far less than that of a doctor in a tertiary hospital, and most of them are concentrated in a specific time period in the morning, sometimes there will be more people waiting in line. However, it can be clearly seen that the patients waiting here do not have the anxiety feeling of a big hospital, but are more in a carefree state of talking and laughing among neighbors. And when you see a doctor, because you are familiar with the doctor, you can often get some attention from the details, so when you see a doctor, it is no longer just a cold relationship of asking for help and being asked for help, but more a harmonious relationship of friends. Although tertiary hospitals are not unwilling to do it, the number limit determines that they will not have this time, so they have to speed up and end it hastily.

At the same time, for residents, the biggest feature of community health centers is convenience. Some residents with mobility difficulties, especially the elderly residents, are usually some common chronic diseases that need maintenance treatment, but the condition is not very serious and complicated. At this time, the health station can solve their medical problems nearby, and at the same time play a certain role in diverting secondary and tertiary hospitals.

After getting familiar with the operation mode of 3A hospitals, we received the task of investigating hypertension patients and elderly people living alone arranged by teachers. Through this mission, we have a deeper understanding of the operation mode of community hospitals and its influence on residents. Usually when we do an investigation in the hospital, it is unlikely that someone will refuse us. Those patients can patiently complete the examination that we all find tedious. In the later period, the investigation method of door-to-door visit was mainly adopted. Although quite a few people are really impatient when they see a doctor, once we explain the situation and designate a doctor from a community health station to send us to see a doctor, they will generally answer our questions politely. Although some refused, but the attitude was not so rude. It can be seen that the teachers of those websites are first friends of patients before they become doctors. What I admire more is that many websites have teachers. However, during the investigation, we also found many problems. The first is the questionnaire itself. Although it is an international scale, it is helpful for the international recognition of the survey results, but I think such a scale is not suitable for China's national conditions. Many of the above questions are only suitable for the elderly to read and fill in by themselves at most, and are not suitable for investigators to ask directly, especially when there are third parties or many people present. I think quite a few of these problems are not only incomprehensible to the elderly in our country now, but also their scales are not acceptable to the elderly in our country now. Except for some questions that give the interviewer a rude feeling directly, and some questions that are too open, such as the old people's views on contact with the opposite sex, I don't think those old people are willing to answer them. For example, we don't ask questions like whether you feel like a burden to others. We basically use other questions to beat about the bush, so the final result will inevitably show considerable errors. In a word, I think that if we want to investigate the situation of elderly people living alone in China, we'd better modify those scales to some extent.

In retrospect, this short internship gave us a deeper and more thorough understanding of the system and operation mode of community hospitals and a further understanding of the hospital grading system.
