Experience and harvest of college graduates' internship (8 articles collection)

Internship is a rare experience, my friend. Please review your experience and share it! The following is my "experience and harvest of college graduates' internship" for your reference only. Welcome to reading.

Experiences and Gains of College Graduates' Internship (Part One) The internship time of several months passed quickly, which made me sigh how time passed. During my internship, I learned a lot of professional knowledge and made me feel a lot of unknown hardships. But I am also very happy, and I am full every day.

Looking back at the beginning of the internship, in order to better combine textbook knowledge with my own social practice and further understand the society, I started my internship in the news comprehensive channel of Shaanxi TV Station through my own efforts. In recent months, I have been very busy during my internship at Shaanxi Radio and Television Station. But it is precisely because of this that I can gain a lot and let me know more about my major. In March, he began training in Shaanxi Radio and Television News Integrated Channel. The content of the training is roughly the explanation of TV and other aspects, so that we can integrate into it more quickly. I started my internship in June. At first, I participated in the start-up of a reality show and some tasks of the new media department.

During my internship, I lived a full life, which was basically spent happily in writing, studying, finding people, designing and interviewing. Have a certain understanding of the editing and broadcasting process of TV stations. I go to work at 8: 30 every morning on time and have never been late. I think this is also taught by the strict attendance system of the branch and our serious and responsible tour guide. I must have a strong sense of time. Teachers in my unit all rated me as quick-witted, quick-witted and wide-ranging. I think this is the influence of the courses offered by the branch on me. The requirements of the branch are wide-ranging and practical. I feel that I have grown a lot during my internship, which has brought me many unexpected gains both in life and psychology. Practice in learning, learn in practice, and combine theory with practice. As a good director or media person, you must have profound cultural background and literary skills. In writing, I realized the weakness of my literary foundation. So I must step up my cultural knowledge and literary writing, and always keep the ink in my stomach so that I can play with it at any time. I also hope that our college can improve students' writing ability in future courses.

There is still a lot to learn. So our so-called training can be extensive, and I should be happy to accept any useful internship opportunities. Some teachers say that people should also have brand awareness. If you want to spread well, you must first be a saint, and then, as Mr. Jia Hangxian said, you must become a quasi-expert in a certain field, not just complacent in actual operation. In addition to communication skills, we still have a lot to learn in society, politics, humanities, economy, science and so on.

I learned more from my colleagues around me: positive enthusiasm and responsibility for my work, dealing with people, and a more positive attitude towards life. This internship suddenly made me feel that I have grown up a lot, which I often can't understand in textbooks, let alone study. During my internship, I not only learned how to apply my professional knowledge to practice, but also mastered and understood what I couldn't learn in school. More importantly, through this internship, I have greatly improved my communication skills and increased my social experience. I'm glad that I have such an internship opportunity in TV station. I should firmly seize this hard-won opportunity and study hard. I also want to thank all the people in the TV station who helped me. They taught me the knowledge I lacked and the truth of life.

I am very grateful to my teacher for giving me this opportunity to study. Let me sum up my internship experience. In the future, I will study my professional knowledge hard, participate in social practice, and learn and develop together in theory and practice. I will give full play to my ability, show myself and make full preparations for stepping into social work after graduation.

The experience and harvest of college graduates' internship (Part II) One month passed unconsciously in Beijing, and I felt that time passed very quickly. Before I came here, I thought I was sitting in an office every day at work, which was quite leisure. I hope to work quickly to earn money when I go to school. I really worked, only to find that it was really different from my school days. Work means responsibility. Many seemingly leisure jobs, in fact, the greater the responsibility, the greater the pressure.

During the 20-day study in the shopping mall, I got close contact with xx consumer groups and got a more intuitive understanding of the brand. First of all, our shop assistants treat customers like sisters, which makes people feel kind. There are also many old customers who come to xx for consumption. Many old customers come with new customers and are full of praise for our clothes. As a member of xx, I really feel very happy and gratified. When I work in the shopping center, I always wear our cashmere coat. I think the patterns and fabrics in our house are particularly good. I think this is the charm of high-end clothing. Perhaps this self-confidence is that only high-priced and high-quality brands can give customers a feeling different from other brands.

Through the observation in the shopping mall during this period, I think the display of our store needs to be improved, and the decoration lighting of the store is not up to standard. As a new customer who doesn't know xx, he may feel that the clothes in this store are not very high-end. Although the storefront is small, we can use limited space to create an artistic conception and a culture through lighting and props, so that passers-by can feel our quality and details as long as they see the storefront, and have an impulse to come in and have a look. This is also a kind of silent propaganda.

Finally, thank the company for giving us this opportunity to learn. At that time, many people submitted resumes, and I was not a very good person at school. Thank you, director xx, for pointing me with a golden finger. One month is about to expire When you go back, you must listen to General xx and enrich yourself. I hope that when we come back from xx, we can enter the working state as soon as possible and repay the society.

Experiences and Gains of College Graduates' Internship (III) This week is a new day and a new beginning. I have been practicing with Master Guo for a week. What I did last week was the simplest thing, mainly watching and observing. Today, Master Guo told me that he taught me computerization this week, which means keeping accounts on the computer. All the accounts of this bank are processed by computer. He first turned on the special computer for accounting in the business hall, and asked me to input some bank-related documents on the computer first. After the entry, I brought some original documents and vouchers, and registered the accounting vouchers according to the original voucher records. Although not self-registered, Master Guo always makes it clear to me. After watching more slowly, I feel less confused.

Experience and harvest of college graduates' internship (Part IV) During their internship in this department, they can abide by labor discipline, work hard and ask questions diligently, and can apply what they have learned in books to practice. Seriously perform the duties of nurse interns and be strict with yourself. Respect teachers, unite classmates, care about patients, and don't be late or leave early. Under the guidance of the teacher, I basically mastered the nursing and some basic operations of some common diseases in obstetrics and gynecology, which made me realize the particularity and necessity of clinical work from an intern to a nurse. What I learned in school before was all theoretical, but now I find that what I saw in my actual work is not as simple as I thought, nor as typical as what I wrote in the book. At work, I often rely on my usual experience. Only by practicing and having good experience can I gradually accumulate experience. Abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, earnestly perform the duties of internship nurses, and be strict with yourself. Respect teachers, unite classmates, care about patients, and don't be late or leave early. Basically master the nursing routine of common diseases and the observation and treatment of vaginal delivery and labor process. Familiar with fetal heart sound auscultation, extrapelvic measurement, vaginal irrigation, enema, etc.

Experience and harvest of college graduates' internship (Part V) It has been more than a week since we knew nothing about first-class hospitals. We are not only familiar with the operation mode and main functions of community hospitals, but also able to cooperate with their subordinate community health stations to complete specific subject investigations. It can't be said that this week and a half is long and short for us.

Our words can be divided into two parts. The first is an internship in a community health station.

In fact, there is such a health station downstairs in my house. I have been there to dispense medicines, but I have never known what the general function of this health station is. I always feel that this is a place to dispense medicines. If it weren't for the salt water hanging there, it would actually be closer to the pharmacy in my mind. It was not until this internship that I really understood what role the community health center played as a part of our country's overall medical structure.

On the first day at Linfen Street Community Hospital, the teacher introduced us to the specific functional division of different levels of hospitals. Through the teacher's explanation, I understood for the first time that a first-class hospital like the lot hospital we mentioned earlier is a primary hospital that directly provides comprehensive services of medical treatment, prevention, rehabilitation and health care for the community, and is a primary medical and health institution. Its main function is to directly provide primary prevention for the population, manage frequently-occurring and common patients in the community, make correct referrals for difficult and severe cases, assist high-level hospitals to provide intermediate or post-hospital services, and rationally divert patients. Secondary hospitals, such as central hospitals in various districts, are regional hospitals that provide medical and health services across several communities and are technical centers for regional medical prevention. Its main function is to participate in guiding the monitoring of high-risk groups, accept first-class referrals, provide professional and technical guidance for first-class hospitals, and conduct teaching and scientific research to a certain extent. Tertiary hospitals are hospitals that provide medical and health services across regions, provinces, cities and countries. It is a medical prevention technology center with comprehensive medical treatment, teaching and scientific research capabilities. Its main function is to provide medical services for specialties (including special specialties), solve critical and difficult diseases, accept secondary referral, and provide professional technical guidance and personnel training for lower-level hospitals; Complete the teaching of cultivating all kinds of senior medical talents and undertake the tasks of scientific research projects at or above the provincial level; Participate in and guide primary and secondary prevention work. In a word, the first-class hospitals focus on prevention and publicity, the second-class hospitals focus on treatment, and the third-class hospitals focus on treatment and research.

Then, under the arrangement of the teacher, we scattered the health stations in various residential areas, and deeply understood how the medical structure of the community completed the corresponding functions.

Comparing the previous experience of seeing a doctor and practicing in a tertiary hospital, I found that the biggest difference between a primary hospital and a tertiary hospital lies in the difference between doctors and patients. When seeing a doctor in a tertiary hospital, because of the large number of people, most people's conditions are more complicated, so there will be such a situation that there are many patients waiting for treatment in each corridor, and it usually takes a long time. Therefore, in order to spend less time in line, many people go to the hospital to queue up for registration before dawn. But when it comes to seeing a doctor, doctors have to see so many patients in a limited time, which leads to a hasty process of seeing a doctor. Often, after waiting for a few hours and watching for a few minutes, patients complain and doctors don't relax. Usually, the contradiction between difficulty in seeing a doctor and difficulty in treating a disease is reflected here. But the first-class street community hospital is completely different from its subordinate community health stations. In the health station, although the total number of patients per day is far less than that of a doctor in a tertiary hospital, and most of them are concentrated in a specific time period in the morning, sometimes there will be more people waiting in line. However, it can be clearly seen that the patients waiting here do not have the anxiety feeling of a big hospital, but are more in a carefree state of talking and laughing among neighbors. And when you see a doctor, because you are familiar with the doctor, you can often get some attention from the details, so when you see a doctor, it is no longer just a cold relationship of asking for help and being asked for help, but more a harmonious relationship of friends. Although tertiary hospitals are not unwilling to do it, the number limit determines that they will not have this time, so they have to speed up and end it hastily.

At the same time, for residents, the biggest feature of community health centers is convenience. Some residents with mobility difficulties, especially the elderly residents, are usually some common chronic diseases that need maintenance treatment, but the condition is not very serious and complicated. At this time, the health station can solve their medical problems nearby, and at the same time play a certain role in diverting secondary and tertiary hospitals.

After getting familiar with the operation mode of 3A hospitals, we received the task of investigating hypertension patients and elderly people living alone arranged by teachers. Through this mission, we have a deeper understanding of the operation mode of community hospitals and its influence on residents. Usually when we do an investigation in the hospital, it is unlikely that someone will refuse us. Those patients can patiently complete the examination that we all find tedious. In the later period, the investigation method of door-to-door visit was mainly adopted. Although quite a few people are really impatient when they see a doctor, once we explain the situation and designate a doctor from a community health station to send us to see a doctor, they will generally answer our questions politely. Although some refused, but the attitude was not so rude. It can be seen that the teachers of those websites are first friends of patients before they become doctors. What I admire more is that many websites have teachers. They don't need to look at the patient's relevant information, but only rely on memory to gather the patient's illness, personality and temper and even family status, which has provided great help for our investigation.

However, during the investigation, we also found many problems. The first is the questionnaire itself. We found that the hypertension questionnaire lacks many normal options, and there are too few options for complexion observation. It is suggested to fill it out like a tongue pulse. There is also a survey of elderly people living alone. Although it is an international scale, it is helpful for the international recognition of the survey results, but I think such a scale is not suitable for China's national conditions. Many of the above questions are only suitable for the elderly to read and fill in by themselves at most, and are not suitable for investigators to ask directly, especially when there are third parties or many people present. I think quite a few of these problems are not only incomprehensible to the elderly in our country now, but also their scales are not acceptable to the elderly in our country now. Except for some questions that give the interviewer a rude feeling directly, and some questions that are too open, such as the old people's views on contact with the opposite sex, I don't think those old people are willing to answer them. For example, we don't ask questions like whether you feel like a burden to others. We basically use other questions to beat about the bush, so the final result will inevitably show considerable errors. In a word, I think that if we want to investigate the situation of elderly people living alone in China, we'd better modify those scales to some extent.

In retrospect, this short internship gave us a deeper and more thorough understanding of the system and operation mode of community hospitals and a further understanding of the hospital grading system. But these are just some perceptual cognition and real understanding of reason, which I think needs to be operated and exercised in our future practice.

Experience and harvest of college graduates' internship (6) Since joining xx Branch of Postal Savings Bank, I have felt a lot. During several months of internship, I can feel that I am making progress every day, not only in my knowledge and study of business, but also in my deep understanding of corporate culture and spirit. As far as I was studying savings business in xx Branch of xx District, I was at a loss at first, and I received customers like a stream, which witnessed my growth in the post office during this period. From the initial confusion to the grassroots, and then to the little happiness when doing every business, I gradually like this "ordinary" job.

Understandably, we are a team with strong business operation ability, skilled basic skills and solid business knowledge, which has created our unique advantages in the competition. In addition, in terms of performance, our daily customer flow and daily average business operation are several times that of other banks. Needless to say, a series of wealth management products launched by our bank have achieved good sales performance with the active efforts of all employees. All this is worthy of recognition and praise.

With the accelerated development of xx construction, various funds poured into xx. In particular, the financial industry in xx presents a thriving scene. In 3x month of 20xx, xx Postal Savings Bank was established, which indicates that our xx Bank is moving forward to the same industry with a positive attitude. At the same time, we have to see the increasingly fierce competition. In 20xx, some foreign banks poured into xx one after another, such as the well-known xx Bank and xx Bank, as well as the new xx DBS Bank, xx HSBC Bank and East Asia xx Bank, all of which competed for potential customers in xx financial market with their strong capital, international reputation and dedication to a certain field. In addition, they are also competing for excellent talents. They know that reform needs not only financial support, but also technical support and talent support. So this kind of competition is inevitable.

To sum up, it triggered some small insights in my internship. Let me summarize my feelings from four aspects: financial product marketing, team consciousness and personalized team, potential customer base and work schedule.

The experience and harvest of college graduates' internship (Chapter VII) Time flies, and the summer vacation comes quietly inadvertently. Of course, the summer internship in college life is bound to be faced by yourself. Although it is difficult, it is the basic quality of a college student to dare to accept challenges. Although the weather is hot and sunny, I resolutely embarked on the road of social practice, because only practice can increase my knowledge, exercise myself and let me know more about society.

In this way, I was lucky enough to work in a bookstore and started my internship this holiday.

In this summer internship, I have a lot of feelings that are impossible in school; If we enjoy the teacher's inculcation every day at school, the teacher will tirelessly tell us what to do today and what to do tomorrow. And we have been used to reading books for so many years. But in fact, no one will tell you this. You must know what you should do, learn to take the initiative and try your best. After all, school is a place to study, and there is not so much cheating in society. At work, we must learn more knowledge and learn how to be a man! (Buddha said: people are people, you don't have to be people; The world is the world, so there is no need to be careful. Remember not to add it to the article! )

In this summer internship, I also learned a lot of interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills. Whatever we do, we must work hard. Be sincere to your friends, don't haggle over every ounce. You know when we smile at others, others will give us an intoxicating smile in return. At work, we must always be active and enthusiastic, have confidence in ourselves, learn to communicate with colleagues and friends, and care more about others!

Working days, there are joys and sorrows, pains and tiredness! Maybe this is life! As long as we persist, strive for our ideals and believe in ourselves, we will succeed one day!

Experience and harvest of college graduates' internship (Chapter 8) I. Internship time

20xx x month xx day -20xx year x month xx day

Second, the internship location

Yantai Xin' ao gas development co., ltd. engineering department

Third, the purpose of the internship:

The engineering department is the first department to have a formal internship after coming to the company. The main purpose is to give our newly recruited college students a purposeful and in-depth opportunity to study gas engineering, so that we can go deep into the construction site, have face-to-face communication and guidance with the workers and technicians on site, participate in practice, and comprehensively and systematically understand the construction technology and safety specifications of the new natural gas pipeline project, as well as the coordination methods after various problems appear. During the internship, we were able to integrate the contents in the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Town Gas Transmission and Distribution Engineering issued by the company, and deeply understand and deepen the code on the spot, which cultivated our ability to analyze problems independently and combine with reality, enhanced our sense of responsibility for gas occupation and gas safety, and laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation for us to allocate formal jobs in the future.

Fourth, personal summary:

The two-week internship in the engineering department is not long, but looking back at the experience of these days, although I have to go through a lot of wind and rain when I run the construction site, I did learn a lot of real things and think about many problems. During the internship on the construction site, you can see the construction process of pipeline laying and welding by the construction personnel, hear the discussion of some problems by the technicians with your own eyes, and coordinate and negotiate the problems and contradictions arising from Party A and the construction team. Correct unsafe and non-conforming construction. I was deeply impressed by the laying of natural gas pipeline in the newly-built residential area. The depth of the gas pipeline pit dug in this residential area is less than 1 m from the road surface above. Moreover, the road above is the main road of the community and does not meet the safety standards. If you continue to dig deep into the gas pipeline laying pit, you will encounter the top of the underground parking lot and cannot dig deep. After the project manager found the problem, he communicated and coordinated with the developer's construction unit in time. After research, it is necessary to build culverts at the pipeline laying position below, and solve this safety problem by filling soil and heightening the road surface. After seeing it with my own eyes at the scene this time, theory is integrated with practice, which is very intuitive and impressive. After close contact at the site, the specifications in Code for Construction and Acceptance of Town Gas Transmission and Distribution Engineering were digested, and some professional terms and specific procedures were deeply understood. Sometimes, although some engineering designs meet the safety standards, it can be found on site that this design may cause various inconveniences to users' future house decoration. At this time, it is necessary to contact the actual user's feelings, get in touch with the company's designers, conduct on-site observation and redesign, which not only meets the safety standards, but also facilitates users. This also made me understand that we should pay more attention, ask more questions and observe more. Constantly accumulating experience, many things around life are worth thinking about, so that we can gain a foothold in our future work field. Finally, as a new graduate, I should also correct my attitude and give myself a good position. I shouldn't be too arrogant or self-deprecating. We should seek truth from facts and take every job seriously. Be enthusiastic about people and handle the surrounding relations well. Be sincere and learn from others modestly. Thank you very much for your concern, and thank you very much for the project manager's busy schedule in the construction site.
