Analyze the reasons:

This year, most fruit producers also reduced the number of apple acquisitions and warehousing.

Second, this year, due to severe drought, extreme high temperature and frequent hail, especially the rainy weather during the continuous harvest period, the proportion of high-quality apples in the country has decreased by 30%. Because of low price, good quality and high performance-to-price ratio, a large number of middle and low-grade fruits entered the market at the beginning, sold faster, and the number of stored fruits decreased.

Cold storage is the most important node in the apple industry chain. At present, the total storage capacity of apple cold storage in China has reached130,000 tons, including Shanxi, Henan, Gansu10,000 tons, Shaanxi 3 million tons and Shandong 5 million tons. Cold storage management is really a complex skill, among which honesty is absolutely indispensable. Last year, fruit farmers stored their fruits in a crowded cold room.
