Expressway speed limit regulations
While observing the speed limit, drivers should also flexibly adjust their speed according to the actual road conditions and traffic flow. For example, in bad weather conditions such as low visibility and slippery roads, drivers should reduce their speed appropriately to ensure driving safety. In addition, in traffic jams or accident-prone sections, drivers should also pay attention to slow down and avoid traffic accidents.
In addition to the speed limit regulations, the traffic management department will also set variable speed limit signs according to the actual road conditions and traffic flow, and adjust the speed limit value in real time. Drivers should pay attention to these signs during driving and drive at the speed indicated by the signs.
For illegal acts such as speeding, the traffic management department will impose penalties according to law. Punishment measures include fines, deduction of points, temporary suspension of driver's license, etc. Serious speeding behavior may also constitute a crime of dangerous driving and face criminal punishment.
