In such hot weather, I yearn even more for going to the meadow. So, I chose to go to Bald Mountain.

As the name suggests, "Bald Mountain" means that there seems to be nothing on the top of the mountain. It's just that "nothing" means that when you look at it from a distance, when you look closer, you see a thick meadow, similar to a grassland. This is a unique phenomenon in mountains at high altitudes - grass in the south and trees in the north. That is, on the top of the mountain, there is only grass on the south side and forests on the north slope. The grass also grows close to the ground, no more than a foot high. The meadows in the Qinling Mountains are rich and thick, like meadows and blankets. After getting off the bus at Jiwozi Village at the foot of Guangtou Mountain (midway up the mountain) at around nine o'clock in the morning, I saw the bluest sky and the whitest clouds. Starting up the mountain from Zuolonggou in Jiwozi, you must first get through two barbed wire fences. I got a hole in my pants while descending here last month, so I was extra careful this time. I haven’t been here for more than a month. The barbed wire fence I saw was much older than last time, and it felt different and strange. He followed everyone down to the river and got in.

It may be that there has been heavy rain in the mountains recently, and flash floods washed away the road to the mountain pass. I did not see the road I took when going up the mountain in the past. At this time, the people who had crossed the river first had started to go up the mountain from the flood ditch with no obvious path, and everyone followed.

The climb up the mountain from Zuolonggou is all the way up. You need to climb more than 1,000 meters to reach Guangshantou Mountain. At this time, the humidity in the mountains is very high, and the forest is lush, making the journey a bit sultry. However, it feels cool just to stop.

After reaching halfway up the mountain, through the forest, you can see rows of white clouds standing on the top of the mountain opposite, like waves, which is very spectacular. The mountains move with the clouds, forming a magnificent picture between heaven and earth.

However, today I want to sit quietly in the meadow, just me and the blue sky and white clouds, just me and the autumn meadow quietly together. I walked alone to the highest point of the meadow, where the grass is the thickest, the scenery is the most beautiful, and there are the fewest tourists.
