What does it mean that the weather forecast is followed by 9-6?

There are three figures behind the weather forecast:

First of all, if it is raining or snowing, the percentage number next to the raindrop or snowflake icon represents the probability of rain or snowfall.

Second, if it is sunny or cloudy, there is no such percentage.

The third is "Fahrenheit", which is expressed by F, and F= 1.8 times Celsius +32 degrees, so if it is 75 degrees, then (75-32)/ 1.8=23.9 degrees Celsius, which is about 24 degrees Celsius.
