April-June, September-November: In spring and autumn, the temperature in the mountains is lower than in the city. In early summer, you still need to wear long-sleeved clothes and pants, and you should cover yourself with a quilt when sleeping at night to keep warm. Especially in May, there is often rainy season, so remember to bring an umbrella or a raincoat.

July-August, December-February: It is very cold in the mountains in summer, so be careful about sun protection in the city; in winter, it will snow in the mountains, so you can bring trekking poles, wear non-slip shoes, and keep warm.

Equipment before departure:
