A must-see spot for Chengdu tourism

1, Dujiangyan. Dujiangyan is a world cultural heritage (listed in the "World Cultural Heritage" list by UNESCO in 2000), a world natural heritage (giant panda habitat in Sichuan), a national key cultural relics protection unit, a national scenic spot and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction.

2. Chengdu Giant Panda Research Base. It is one of the main research bases for the China government to implement the ex situ conservation project for endangered wild animals such as giant pandas, and it is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

It is a well-known research institution for the protection of rare and endangered wild animals such as giant pandas in China and even in the world, which integrates giant panda scientific research and breeding, conservation education, educational tourism and panda culture construction.

3. Tianfu Square. Tianfu Square, located in the center of Chengdu, is the starting point of Renmin East Road, Renmin West Road, Renmin Middle Road and Renmin South Road. Its form and status are similar to Tiananmen Square in Beijing.

4. Du Fu Caotang. Du Fu Caotang is the former residence of Tang Dynasty poet Du Fu in Chengdu, which is located in the urban area of Chengdu. The poet Du Fu moved to Chengdu in 759, which lasted three years and nine months. He wrote more than 240 poems here, and the famous "Caotang is blown by autumn wind" is the work of living in Caotang.

5. Xiling Snow Mountain. Xiling Snow Mountain is located in Dayi County, Chengdu, only 95 kilometers away from Chengdu, with a total area of 375 square kilometers. It is a world natural heritage, a giant panda habitat, an AAAA-level tourist scenic spot and a national key scenic spot. It is named after Du Fu, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty, "The window contains a thousand miles of autumn snow in Xiling, and the door of a boat in Wan Li, Wu Dong"

6. Jinsha Site. Jinsha Site is located in Qingyang Avenue, Chengdu. Among the more than 3,000 cultural relics unearthed, most of them are golden jade ornaments and a large number of funerary objects.
