What should I pay attention to when traveling to Sanqingshan?
Sanqingshan Mountain is overcrowded during the tourist season. If time permits, it is best to travel on weekends.
It is recommended to prepare some dry food to supplement your physical strength. Mountaineering is a strong physical activity, which consumes a lot of energy. In order to replenish energy in time, it is best to bring dry food. You will sweat a lot when you climb the mountain, so it is necessary to bring enough water.
Sanqingshan Mountain has a special geographical condition, because there is a plank road, so we climb a mountain for a while and take a flat road for a while, which has enough buffer time. It takes about 5 hours to climb the mountain after taking the cableway. If you walk up and down the mountain, you can't finish the journey in one day.
Because Sanqing Mountain is a high mountain scenic spot, some sections are steep. So playing slowly is better than playing fast, and standing is better than sitting. Walk without looking at the scenery, look at the scenery without walking.
Don't take too much luggage when traveling. It's meaningless to bring too many things, which will drag down our trip. Take it with you, it's inconvenient to move. So I advocate a one-pack system: all luggage only needs one big backpack.
Natural water and stored water in scenic spots must not be drunk. Although non-toxic, there are still a lot of minerals in it, which will cause harm to the body after drinking.
Smoking and picnics are absolutely forbidden in Sanqingshan. Pay special attention to forest fire prevention on the mountain. You can only smoke in designated smoking areas or hotels. It is forbidden to bring kindling into forest scenic spots.
Sanqingshan Mountain, also known as Shaohua Mountain and Yashan Mountain, is located at the junction of Yushan County and Dexing City, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, China. It is named after the three peaks of Yujing, Yu Xu and Yuhua, just like the three Taoist immortals of Yuqing, Shangqing and Taiqing sitting on the top of the mountain. Among them, Yujing Peak is the highest, with an altitude of 18 19.9 meters. It is the fifth peak in Jiangxi, the highest peak in Huaiyu Mountain and the source of Xinjiang. Sanqingshan Mountain is a famous Taoist mountain, a world natural heritage site, a world geological park, a national natural heritage and a national geological park.
The main body of Sanqingshan is 12.2km long from north to south and 6.3km wide from east to west. Its plane is lotus leaf-shaped and inclines from southeast to northwest. Huaiyushan structural fast body unit located in the junction zone of Yangtze ancient plate and Cathaysian ancient plate in the southeast of Eurasia plate. Located in the hinterland of Huaiyu Mountain, it belongs to the Zhongshan terrain dominated by granite structural erosion. The east, south and west sides of the mountain are steep, and the north is slightly gentle. From the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, the horizontal distance is 5km, and the altitude rises sharply from 200m to1816 m.
Sanqingshan Mountain is densely covered with granite micro-landforms of different origins, presenting the densest and most diverse peak forests among the known granite landforms in the world. 2373 species of higher plants and 1728 species of wild animals constitute the most biodiversity environment in East Asia. 1600 years of Taoist history has given birth to rich Taoist cultural connotations. The ancient buildings of Sanqing Palace, arranged according to the Eight Diagrams, were rated as the "Open-air Museum of Ancient Taoist Architecture in China" by the the State Council Cultural Relics Research Expert Group.
According to the World Heritage Convention, Sanqingshan has displayed unique granite pillars and peaks in a relatively small area. The combination of rich granite molding stones with various vegetation, changing landscapes and shocking climate wonders has created a unique landscape aesthetic effect in the world, presenting fascinating natural beauty. Chinese national geography magazine was selected as the "Five Most Beautiful Peak Forests in China"; Chinese and American geologists agree that it is "the most beautiful granite on the edge of the western Pacific Ocean".
