What to wear to Wawushan in August?

In August, I went to Wawu Mountain. Due to the great temperature change in this area, it is suggested to prepare the following kinds of clothes:

* Lightweight coat: such as light down jacket or jacket to keep warm and rain-proof.

* Change clothes: including waterproof clothes, underwear and socks.

* Comfortable shoes: It is recommended to bring waterproof hiking shoes or sports shoes and avoid wearing high heels or non-slip shoes.
