① It is seriously affected by abnormal atmospheric circulation. This year, the atmospheric circulation system is consistent, which leads to the warm subtropical high circulation system controlling the vast areas in central and eastern China and forming a large-scale global warm high pressure belt. Staying in this area for a long time leads to the long-term control of the subtropical high system, which makes the hot air stay on the ground for a long time and difficult to spread, which will make these areas in a state of high temperature weather for a long time.

(2) In recent three years, the influence of La Nina climate promoted the subtropical high temperature atmospheric circulation anomaly, which made the subtropical high temperature stay in the central and eastern regions of China for a long time, and it was not affected by other atmospheric circulation for such a long time.

(3) This long-term high-temperature weather amplified and adjusted by global warming has led to extremely hot weather in the Middle East. In recent years, it is no secret that the global climate system has undergone great anomalies, which have continuously aggravated the instability of the global climate system and led to frequent extreme weather.
