G, in case of gale, thunderstorm or foggy weather above level 6, the operation should be stopped.

H, tire crane on the road, should implement the provisions of the car.

I. When the tire crane enters the job site, check the work area and surrounding environment. It should be placed on the flat and solid ground near the operating point, and the legs should be padded with wooden mats. Legs should not be adjusted during operation.

J, amplitude should be smooth, should not be fierce arm. The variable inclination angle of the boom shall not exceed the manufacturer's safety regulations; Unless otherwise specified, the maximum inclination angle shall not exceed 78.

K, should always check the condition of lifting wire rope and hook, if there is any damage or serious wear and tear, should be replaced in time.

2. The storage of hanging cans shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) Before using the hanging tank, check the hoisting parts such as wire rope, balance beam (cross arm), hanging hammer (vertical tank), lifting lug (horizontal tank) and lifting ring. If it is damaged, it is strictly prohibited to use it.

(2) The hoisting, lifting, steering, lowering and positioning of the hanging tank shall comply with the instructions. Commanders should be trained and skilled workers, and commanders should hold relevant certificates. Command signals should be clear, accurate and definite.

(3) Before lifting, the commander should get a clear signal from the personnel hanging cans on both sides before commanding lifting; Lift slowly, and check when lifting 30 ~ 30~ 1250px off the ground. After it is confirmed to be safe and reliable, the lifting or steering can be continued.

(4) When the cans are hoisted to a certain height, they should slow down and turn, and avoid emergency braking, so as not to swing and hit the human body. Should prevent hanging cans from hitting templates, supports, stays and embedded parts. Personnel can only get on the tank and unload after stopping the tank, and the unloading personnel should fasten their seat belts before unloading.

(5) After the concrete is unloaded, the bucket door shall be closed immediately, and the aggregate and mortar attached to the outside of the bucket shall be removed before being hoisted away. When the unhooking tank is put back on the flat plate, it should be lowered slowly, aligned and rotated to maintain balance, and then unhooked; When the cans are put back, the retaining wall should be provided with anti-collision elastic devices, and the accumulated slag on the platform should be removed in time to ensure the stability of the cans.

(6) It is forbidden to stand directly under the hanging pot. The hanging pot should not be pulled when it is shaking in space. When the hanging pot is in place in the warehouse, it should not be pulled obliquely and pushed hard.

(7) The hanging tank shall be inspected and maintained regularly, and the idler bearing of the vertical tank door and the gear of the horizontal tank shall be lubricated regularly. Check and tighten the door handle of the tank and the fixing bolts of the vibrator regularly to prevent people from falling.

(8) When the concrete is initially set in the hanging tank and cannot be used for pouring, the waste can be treated by turning the tank, but reliable safety measures should be taken, and the foreman should be present to supervise to prevent accidents.

(9) Concrete shall be transported by hanging cans, and it is forbidden to exceed the top of the cans to prevent collapse and injury.

(10) It is forbidden to string other objects under the tank.

3. Chute (barrel) warehousing shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) Ramp erection shall be stable and reliable, and the shelf shall meet the safety requirements. Passages and guardrails for patrol and cleaning personnel shall be installed beside chutes.

(2) The maximum slope of chute shall not exceed 60. When it exceeds 60, a protective cover (cover) should be added to the chute to prevent the aggregate from splashing.

(3) Before using the chute, check the conditions of the chute and the hook one by one. When the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time. The chute shall be firmly connected with steel wire rope, lead wire or hemp rope.

(4) The concrete is poured by chute, and each tank of materials can be discharged only after receiving the discharge signal. The personnel at the lower part of the chute should keep a safe distance from the blanking point to avoid aggregate falling and hurting people. When using the chute, no one is allowed to stand at the bottom of the chute.

(5) When the discharging chute is blocked by concrete, stop discharging and handle it in time. Treatment should be carried out on a specially designed ladder, and should not be climbed on the chute.

(6) The mixer truck should be fed evenly, the dump truck should be fed by hopper, and the discharge port should have control facilities. The energy storage tank should not be used when the vertical transportation equipment is unloaded, but the feeding of the tank should be controlled manually, and the unloading platform should be set at the unloading place.

4. Concrete pouring shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) Before pouring concrete, check whether the bent, support, diagonal brace, formwork, platform, funnel and chute in the warehouse are safe and reliable.

(2) Scaffolds, supports, steel bars, supports and embedded parts in the warehouse shall not be dismantled or pried at will. If necessary, it shall be approved by the person in charge of construction.

(3) The blanking holes reserved on the platform should be closed when not in use. In addition to the population, railings and footboards should be set around the platform.

(4) The personnel in the warehouse shall be equipped with ladders up and down, and shall not climb from the formwork or steel mesh.

(5) When unloading the hanging tank, the personnel in the warehouse should pay attention to avoid it, and may not stay or work directly under the hanging tank. When approaching the blanking position, the lowering speed of the hanging pot should be slowed down.

(6) During vibrating, observe whether the formwork, support and stay are deformed. If the deformation is found to be in danger of collapse, the work should be stopped immediately and the relevant commanders should be reported in time.

(7) The vibrator should not be placed on the template or scaffold during operation.

(8) When using electric vibrator, there should be electric shock protector or grounding device. Please cut off the power supply when moving the vibrator or interrupting the work.

(9) Wet hands shall not touch the power switch of the vibrator, and the cable of the vibrator shall not break and leak.

(10) When vibrating the silo, the workers in the silo should concentrate and take care of each other. When pouring high places, tools and concrete aggregates should be prevented from falling out of the warehouse, and big stones should not be thrown out of the warehouse to avoid injury.

(1 1) When the discharging chute is blocked by concrete, stop discharging and deal with it immediately. When handling, don't climb up the chute directly.

(12) electrical equipment installation, removal or fault handling in operation shall be carried out by electricians.

5. Concrete protection and maintenance shall meet the following requirements:

(1) In the concrete surface protection part, operators should concentrate on wearing safety protection articles.

(5) Flexible protective materials should be firmly hung at the entrance and exit of horizontal caverns and other openings, and it should be convenient for people and vehicles to enter and exit.

(6) Flammable materials are not suitable for concrete protective materials, and fire prevention work should be done in dry areas and seasons.

(7) Maintenance water should not be sprayed on wires and all kinds of live equipment. Maintenance personnel should not move wires with wet hands. Maintenance water pipes should be closed when used, and there should be no running water at turnstiles, ground entrances and exits of warehouses and scaffolding platforms.

(8) If there are ditches, pits and holes on the surface of the curing barn, obvious safety signs should be set up, safety nets should be laid or safety railings should be set up when necessary, and it is strictly forbidden to spray water for maintenance in the position where the construction personnel are not easy to stand firm.

(9) When using chemical curing agent and plastic film for curing, you should wear corresponding protective articles and do a good job in protecting flammable and toxic substances.

Six, seasonal construction

1. Concrete construction in summer shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) For summer homework, you can adjust your work and rest schedule appropriately, and you should not work overtime to prevent employees from being overtired and suffering from heatstroke.
