Fuzhou is a lively city in the middle of the night. Fuzhou in the daytime is a veritable ancient city.

This is the world of banyan trees. Banyan trees are everywhere, green and cool. Fuzhou is close to the sea and the river. The warm and humid environment in the subtropical climate has created the ancient city of Banyan. The banyan trees in the street are not young. It is an ordinary tree surrounded by two people. ? Located in the eastern suburb of Fuzhou and the north bank of Minjiang River, Gushan Mountain is a famous scenic spot in Fuzhou. It is said that it is because there is a drum-like boulder on the peak, and whenever it rains and blows, it will make a wobbly sound, hence the name Gushan. Gushan has always been very popular with local people. It is a good place to climb mountains and exercise. Yongquan Temple, a thousand-year-old temple on the mountain, is also filled with incense all year round.

At the weekend, we meet to climb Gushan Mountain, which is a few stops away from our residence, and we will arrive soon by subway line 2. Most of the people who come to climb the mountain are locals, old people and children, and we also join them. Third, Pingtan swims in the sea.

At the weekend, we rented two cars to visit Pingtan Island. It takes more than an hour to go all the way to the expressway. The sea-crossing bridge is particularly long, and there are many boats, large and small, on the sea surface, which forms a particularly beautiful seascape with the looming sea level in the distance.

Wherever I go, I only see the scenery, and the historical and literary origins behind it are mostly unknown. This kind of sightseeing can be regarded as opening a door and deepening the understanding of history and culture.

Seven, Minnan cuisine

? If you swim in Minnan, you must eat in Minnan. There are many small shops on the street. This is the world of street snacks. In the first week, I can't wait to try the fish, pot edge, oyster cakes and so on that Minnan people often eat. Seafood is really fresh and doesn't taste right. The stomach has memory. Although the stomach of the northwest people is not resistant to seafood, it is really hard to see if it is not spicy or fragrant. The food here is light and sweet, and the famous litchi meat is a typical dessert.
