Tourism Documentary (6) Benxi Bishui Hot Spring: Huaxi Wood

Benxi is a prefecture-level city in the southeast of Liaoning Province, about 70 kilometers away from Shenyang. In ancient times, it was the land of Yan State during the Warring States Period. Now, the Taizi River flows through here and enters the sea through the Xiliao River in Liaoyang. The name of this Taizi River comes from Ji Dan, the prince of Yan. After sending the assassin Jing Ke to stab the king of Qin, he hid in Yanshui River in Liaodong County. In order to commemorate Taizi Dan, later generations renamed Yanshui Taizi River.

In 22 1 year BC, after Qin Yanyan unified the world, there were 36 counties in the world. Now Benxi County belongs to Xiangping County of Liaodong County when Qin County was in the world. During the Han Dynasty, it was Xiangping County, Liaodong County, Youzhou. The name of Benxi began in the thirty-second year of Guangxu (1906), and the Qing government established Benxi County.

Huaxi Mu is located in Hujiabao Village, Caohezhang Town, Benxi County, Benxi City. Located in the mountains in the southeast of Benxi city. Surrounded by mountains, the peaks are green. Every summer and autumn, there are pine trees, maple trees, birch trees, locust trees and manchurian ash all over the mountain. There are alternating lakes, streams and clear water. There are patches of azaleas, purple wild lilacs, white flowers and plants, red prince ribbons and moss dotted half the mountains and rivers. The mountain flowers are brilliant, the layers of forests are dyed and the scenery is beautiful. Anyone who comes here for sightseeing will not leave.

There is a wonder in the mountains, that is, the hot springs here, which are famous for bathing and sightseeing.

According to relevant documents, hot springs originated in Laotanggou, and there are three hot springs in the ditch. Hot water automatically gushes out from the ground, and the temperature of the outlet is as high as 76 degrees.

Hot springs in tanggou have a long history, dating back to the Warring States Period. Tanggou Hot Springs flow into the tributary of Taizi River, hence the name Tanghe, and hence the name tanggou. Since the Qin Dynasty, officials from all counties, prefectures and governments have come here to relax and bathe.

I have admired it for a long time. I'm free on Saturday In the morning, we took a bus from Heping District Square in Shenyang, got on the airport expressway and drove all the way to the southeast.

In the morning sky, the clouds are thick and it is raining lightly. After a while, the light rain stopped, and I saw the mountain bay and floating clouds in the distance. Dense and tall weeping willows are arranged in rows on both sides of the road, and straight solar panel street lamps are arranged at equal intervals along the road. The car sped by and was left behind in an instant, leaving only a brief glimpse.

Forty minutes later, I entered the hilly area, and the mountains were endless. On a cloudy day, it looks even more bleak. After Huolian Village, it is seven kilometers away from the downtown area of Benxi, passing through Tiesha Mountain, Wunv Mountain, Benxi Water Cave and a bridge and culvert, you will reach the Benxi toll station, get off the expressway and turn right, and you will enter the downtown area of Benxi.

Benxi is a mountain city, surrounded by mountains. Towering buildings, some built on the mountain, some built on the mountain. It seems that the car advanced into a basin and then went up the mountain.

We walked for more than two hours, and it gradually cleared up, and it was close to noon. I saw a street near the edge of the city, and there were about thirty snacks featuring mutton offal soup.

We chose a small shop called "Laolin Mutton Soup", which is mainly mutton offal soup. There are many guests coming and going. Eating here is simple and distinctive, saving time and money. The banner on the wall says that this mutton offal soup is made by goats in the mountains and boiled in the clear Taizi River, which is a local specialty.

After lunch, we got on the bus in a hurry, drove through Sanjialing Tunnel and entered Guanmen Mountain Scenic Area. It seems that although it is a hilly and mountainous area with a small area of cultivated land, relying on the beautiful scenery and unique resources of green mountains and green waters, leisure tourism has developed rapidly, far more than one or two. We went to a place called Old tanggou. It is said that it is 78 kilometers away from Benxi, and we may have taken a detour. When I came here, I heard that it was only 120 km from Shenyang downtown to Huaxi mu. The car left again 1 hour and arrived at Hujiabao Village. It didn't take long to reach the destination-Huaxi Mu.

I see continuous mountains and rich vegetation here. Trees have become forests, and flowers are everywhere. I feel that the mountain is far and near from us, and Huaxi wood is in this valley.

Looking from a distance, it is a Japanese-style building with blue tiles, crimson side walls and milky yellow walls.

The ground steps are paved with mountain bluestone, turquoise and inkstone, and the white cement is jointed. Generous, beautiful and spectacular.

The stream flows in front of the nearby door, forming small pools. Surrounded by dense trees and flowers. There are mountains, flowers, streams and hot springs.

When we got off in front of the door, we saw a row of signs and a plaque in front of the door. There are three cursive words "Huaxi Wood" on the plaque, but when we see this scenery, there is a poem that says:

Surrounded by mountains and dark colors, the peaks and peaks are green, which is beautiful and breathtaking.

The tanggou River passes before its path, and the hot springs form their own streams.

The remains of the ages still exist, and the anecdotes of the past are always a mystery.

The plaque in front of the building is inscribed by Huaxi Mu and Gao Cai.

We booked tickets in advance, got off the bus and checked into the hotel. I changed my storage in the hotel and went downstairs. This building is connected with a hot tub. There is a dressing room, dining room, service desk and indoor bath on the first floor, a lounge on the second floor and accommodation above the third floor, which is very convenient.

We changed our clothes from the dressing room on the first floor, went out through the ear door and went to the open-air bath. Because people who come here this season rarely choose indoors, most of them choose outdoors, and we also choose outdoors.

This outdoor hot tub is divided into four parts. The entrance to the first floor is in front of the building, with two exits for men and women. When I came out, the first thing I saw was two separate baths.

There are seven baths in the left group, all small and round, rectangular and flat. Most of them are blue stone walls, but the height is only 20 cm, and some are parallel to the ground. The pool is underground, 50-60 cm deep. The pool is about 3 meters wide and 5- 10 meters long. The bottom is paved with bluestone, turquoise, inkstone and pebbles, and white cement is used for jointing. The water depth is 40 cm, and the water temperature of each pool ranges from 30 degrees to 44 degrees. Its pools are called Tang Chi, Ginger Pool, Lemon Pool, Lavender Pool and Korean Pool. There is a low pavilion next to each pool for taking a nap and sheltering from the rain. The gazebo varies in size and shape. It is said that this pool is built in imitation of Japanese style, and the health care effect of each pool is different.

There are also seven baths in the right group, with the same shape and architectural style as the left group. Its pools are called Tang Chi, Coffee Pool, Ginseng Pool, Rose Pool and Red Wine Pool. There is a poem that says:

Group ponds are connected by roads, and the functions of ponds are different.

Huaxi was originally based on a visit to Japan, so you can enjoy exotic scenery by taking a bath.

All five colors of water are clean, and the soup is smoked.

People come to the mountains to find wonders, and guests come to Tanggou to find health.

Outside these two pools, there is a backward corner door. Go through the corner door and you will arrive at the west side of the building. This is near the west side of the building, and there is a pool group in the north and south, with six in a row. It is round or rectangular, the smallest round diameter is 2 meters, and the rectangle is about 2.5 meters wide, with different lengths, all covered by pavilions and pavilions.

On the west side of this pool group, there is a big bathing place called boundless bathing place. This bathing place is about 70 meters long from north to south and 35 meters wide from east to west. The shape is half-moon, the water depth in the east is 0.38m, the water depth in the west is 1.38m, and the water temperature is slightly lower than other Tang Chi. You can take a bath or swim.

Sitting by the pool, you can see the blue sky, white clouds flying, green mountains in the distance and floating clouds on the top of the mountain. The terrain here is very high, like Tianchi, and the distant peaks seem to be at the foot of the mountain and halfway up the mountain, which is very pleasant. There is a poem that says:

The mountains and peaks overlap the sky and clouds fly like smoke.

There are good hot springs in tanggou.

The water is clear, transparent, clear and clean. Jing Ya has little leisure.

The pool is full of waves, and the soup sighs.

It is said that the bathing place has a beautiful environment and boundless scenery.

At the northern end of the vast bathing place, there are two round primitive Tang Chi. When you are tired, you can go in and soak in the water, or you can take a nap under the pavilions on the north and east sides of the shore, where there are seats and benches.

We stayed in the bath for two hours, sometimes we were soaked to the skin, sometimes we swam, and when we were tired, we rested on the shore. Looking at it's getting late, the afterglow of the sunset is scattered on the Tang Chi, and it's golden. We walked out of Tang Chi and had a rest at the restaurant on the first floor.

The next morning, after breakfast, I went to the door to see the mountain view. Seeing that the morning fog has blocked the surrounding mountains, floating on the hillside like white clouds, the scenery is charming.

The sun came out, and it hasn't been scattered for a long time. There is a poem that says:

White clouds and dense fog cage mountainside, green mountains and green waters need not be described.

Morning dew and morning glow are covered with brocade, and wild flowers and soup streams are coquettish.

Hundred-mile painting involves the fundus and is enchanting.

The barren hills and grass touch the clouds, and the top of the tree is higher than the sky.

Close to Japan and China, the fog gradually dispersed, and we walked from the stream to the foot of Nanshan. It turns out that there are two other scenic spots here, one is Luyuan and the other is Peacock Garden. After a quick look, we went to see the wild flowers at the foot of the mountain. There are only big flowers and trees here, all white and full of Shan Ye. It makes people intoxicated, which is the beauty endowed by nature.

Due to limited time, we only saw a few scenic spots, such as Yingshanhong Geological Wonder Park, Zhiying Park, Huaxi Jianbu Park, Hazel Picking Garden, Tianguxiang Car Camp, Yunshan Ski Resort and so on. After lunch at noon, take a bus back to Shenyang.
