Xiamen is located in the southern part of Fujian Province, on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait, across the sea from Kinmen Island. 3. Transportation

(1) Intra-city transportation:

Xiamen has a complete public transportation network, including buses, cars, and Taxis, minibuses and ferries. Buses and buses sell tickets unmanned, automatically insert coins, and do not give change, so you should prepare one yuan in change before getting on the bus (some lines require two yuan or three yuan). The fare for minibuses in the city is one yuan. Taxis charge by meter, and fees for crossing bridges and tunnels are charged separately. The ferry is mainly used for the transition between Gulangyu Island and Xiamen Island, and a one-way fee is charged.

5. Shopping and entertainment

(1) The main shopping streets in Xiamen include Zhongshan Road Commercial District, Gulangyu Longtou Road Commercial Street, Bailuzhou Shopping and Entertainment Center, etc.

(2) Bailuzhou in the center of Xiamen has the largest comprehensive entertainment city in the province - Victoria Club; there are many leisure and entertainment venues on the picturesque road around the island; if you want to fish, you can go to Xidi Fishing centers or bays; in addition, there are numerous bowling alleys and golf driving ranges; there are two golf courses, Veuve Clicquot and Oriental, in the scenic suburbs.
