What is the best route for a one-day tour of Huashan for the elderly?

If you take the elderly, I suggest that you can see the scenic spots on the mountain from the top of Xifeng and the bottom of Beifeng, and it is counterclockwise downhill, not tired.

1. From Xi 'an to Huashan, it is suggested to take the early subway to Xi 'an North Station, and then take the high-speed train to Huashan North.

2. Take a free bus to the tourist center in Huashan North, buy a cable car ticket on Xifeng and buy a cable car ticket under Beifeng.

3. After going to Xifeng and Jinsuo Pass, take Nanfeng, Dongfeng and Center counterclockwise, and then take Heilongling, because the scenery in Heilongling is the most beautiful, so you must take a trip to Huashan. If the old man can't cross the mountains, he can also take the wooden plank road next to Heilongling, but don't take the non-plank road down the mountain, because the scenery there is much worse.

4. Finally, take the cable car down the mountain from Beifeng, so basically you didn't leave except the hikers who walked to Huashan. Several peaks in Huashan have left, and you are not tired, because they are all from high to low.

5. Have a nice trip.

The east peak, west peak, middle peak and south peak of Huashan Mountain are all very close, so you can walk, and the south peak is the highest point. Beifeng is far away and can be skipped;

The distance between the four peaks, the slope is only between Nanfeng and Dongfeng, and there is a slightly steep staircase. From Nanfeng to Dongfeng, down the stairs, in the opposite direction, up the stairs. Other slopes are ok;

It is suggested to take a cableway up the mountain from Xifeng. Tour route: Xifeng cableway-Xifeng-Nanfeng-Dongfeng-Zhongfeng-Xifeng cableway; The cableway from Dongfeng or Zhongfeng to Xifeng is very close, and it takes about half an hour to swim slowly.

The old man's route to Huashan is Xifeng, and the tourist center takes the Xifeng cableway bus into the mountain. Older people over 65 are free of charge and get off for about 20 minutes. Take Xifeng cableway for 20 minutes to reach Huashan Xifeng, and visit according to your personal strength. 1. Visit Xifeng Nanfeng and return. 2. The kite on the plank road of Nantianmen in Xifeng turned over and returned to Xifeng cableway in Jinsuo Pass. 3. Kites on the plank road in Nantianmen at the southern foot of Xifeng climb the ladder in the east wind and travel to Xifeng and Jinsuo Pass.

When the elderly visit Huashan, they must first have a clear understanding of Huashan. Huashan Mountain, one of the famous five mountains, is located in the south of Huayin County, about 20 kilometers east of Xi/Kloc-0, and is known as "the first mountain in the world". Huashan Mountain consists of five peaks: Chaoyang Peak in the east, Luoyan Peak (the highest peak) in the south, Lotus Peak in the west, Yuntai Mountain in the north and Yunv Mountain in the middle. Yuntai Peak, the northern peak, is the key to climb the other four peaks. The most dangerous places in Huashan Mountain are: thousands of feet Tower, Bai Chi Gorge, Heilongling, plank road in the air, kite turning over.

Secondly, it is to make a correct assessment of the body of the elderly, such as how is the physical condition? How's the knee? Can I climb a mountain moderately?

Finally, the way to understand Huashan. There are two ways to climb Huashan Mountain, one is cableway and the other is hiking. There are two ropeways, one goes straight to the north peak and then climbs other peaks; One goes directly to Xifeng. First, it is convenient to watch the sunrise. Second, it will save a lot of energy and time. There are few mountains, most of which are downhill. There are also two roads on foot. One is "a road from Huashan since ancient times". This road starts from the Yuquan source of Xishan Gate, and passes through thousands of feet Tower and Bai Chi Canyon on the way. This is very dangerous and difficult. It takes more than seven hours for young people to climb the North Peak. After walking through other peaks, they usually stay for one night. This road is completely unsuitable for the elderly. There is another way to "outsmart Huashan Road", that is, it takes more than four hours to climb the mountain from Dongshanmen, and it takes more than four hours to get to Beifeng after passing Guibeishi, Laohukou, Longfei Ladder and Ren Xian. However, it takes about seven hours to get from Beifeng to the other four peaks, and the old man is too tired to spend a day.

To sum up, for a day trip, the elderly can only take the cableway.

If the elderly are healthy and can climb the mountain moderately, but their knees are not suitable for downhill, then take the Beifeng cableway. First, take sightseeing bus to Huangfu Valley in the tourist center, take a cableway to visit the North Peak, then walk, pass Yuzuishi-Xieerya-Shangtian Ladder-Riyueyan-Dulong Temple-Heilongling-Hanyu's drop-in place, and pass through Jinsuo Pass, Wu Yunfeng. It takes about 3 hours to get here. Then go to the center to see the Jade Girl Cave, the ladder and the Phoenix Pavilion. Then go to scenic spots such as Zhangxianya, Chaoyangtai, Sanmaodong, and kite turning in Dongfeng; Then go to Nanfeng's Xiaozi Peak, Cliff Avoidance, Nantianmen, Sky Plank Road and Quanzhen Cliff; Finally, go to Xifeng to watch the sunset. Dongfeng, Center, Nanfeng and Xifeng are all very close, and it is only half an hour's journey between the peaks, plus the visit time is 4 hours. Finally, take the cableway down the mountain at Xifeng cableway station, and the next stop of the cableway is located at Donggoukou of Wengyu Scenic Area, namely Baique Temple Scenic Area in Xianyu, and then take the sightseeing bus to return to the visitor center.

If the old man is average in body, but his knees are good and suitable for going down the mountain, then take the cableway from Xifeng and the cableway from Beifeng. The direction of the tour is just the opposite to the above, and all the scenic spots on the mountain can be seen.

Know the weather forecast in advance, and it is best to go out on sunny days to facilitate the elderly to walk; The weather changes quickly on the mountain, so take rain gear and thick clothes.

The price on Huashan Mountain is relatively expensive, and a small amount of diet suitable for the elderly is brought.

Huashan ticket price: 160 yuan; Xifeng cableway one way 140 yuan, Beifeng cableway one way 80 yuan; Beifeng cableway is one-way in 20 yuan, sightseeing bus, and Xifeng cableway is one-way in 40 yuan, sightseeing bus. There are preferential policies for people over 65.

I'm 64 years old, and I just visited Huashan with two 74-year-old and 75-year-old people on May 2.

First of all, the elderly should be in good health before they can continue to discuss this issue. A 67-year-old friend with us didn't go up the mountain, although he took the cableway. Because on May 2nd, the people visiting Huashan Mountain were full, and they had to queue for five hours to get in the door and get on the cable car. Waiting in such a long line on such a hot day is also very tiring, and many young people can't stand it. In the process of queuing, they often squat or sit on the ground.

Second, time. Never travel on public holidays. It's a waste of time and energy to take such a long cable car ride. Old people have time. Don't squeeze holidays with those young people. Advocate the elderly to travel at the wrong peak, not only when taking the bus, but also when traveling in these scenic spots. Because of the free travel, we have to live.

Thirdly, the route. If time and physical conditions permit, it is the best choice to go up Xifeng and down Beifeng. If you can't walk for 3-4 hours, you can go directly to Beifeng and Beifeng. There is a stone tablet of "Huashan on Sword" on the north peak, which is a good photo spot. Then walk a little steep and exciting mountain road at the ear cliff, and basically you can realize your wish.

Because of physical reasons, it is a little difficult for the elderly to climb Huashan, so if they want to climb Huashan, they should choose the route carefully. At present, there are ropeways in Beifeng and Xifeng, and the elderly can come to Wengyu Scenic Area first to climb Huashan Mountain. Xifeng cableway runs from Wengyu to Xifeng, with a total length of 4,200 meters. This is an excellent sightseeing cableway, passing through Huashan main scenic spot, Xianyu, Xifeng, aerial plank road, kite turning over and chess room. The cableway under Xifeng passes through Nanfeng, Zhongfeng, Dongfeng and Beifeng, and you can travel all over Huashan Group Peak, Heilongbei, Hantieluoke, Yunv Mountain and Huashan Lunjian. Take a cableway down the mountain at Beifeng and take a car ferry out of the valley to ensure that you can swim Huashan in one day. Xifeng cableway expense peak season 140 yuan, low season 120 yuan, Beifeng cableway one-way 80 yuan. The car ferry is twenty yuan. This route saves time and can swim to various important scenic spots in Huashan. It should be a good choice.

Old people have poor physical strength and good physical strength, so we can't generalize. Good physical strength, not worse than young people, even much better!

The person with the worst physical strength will choose the same ropeway to go back and forth, either Xifeng or Beifeng, go up and turn around, and then go back the same way.

I have different views on the west. Although going down the mountain saves some strength, it has a great influence on the knee joint. In order to protect my knee joint, I usually choose to climb a mountain and take a cableway down the mountain. Therefore, going to Huashan in January is also a route to the north and the west, which not only has the fun of climbing mountains, but also saves physical strength and protects the knee joint.

The high-speed rail is very convenient to go back and forth. When you leave Huashan North Station, don't attract tourists at the exit. Just walk through the square and it is a free station. When I came back, I took a taxi because I was in a hurry, so I didn't get a free ride.

There is a restaurant on the mountain. I brought self-heating rice, so I don't know the price. There is also McDonald's near Xifeng cableway station.

I walked north and south for five hours, but fortunately I didn't go to several peaks, so I have to leave enough time, about 7-8 hours.

If you take the cableway back and forth, you can go up from Beifeng to Xifeng, a little higher and a little lower. When going down the mountain, my calf will tremble and hurt, because there is no turning back when going down the mountain, from Beifeng to Zhongfeng, Dongfeng, Nanfeng and Xifeng. If you go up from Xifeng, you will pass Xifeng, Nanfeng, Zhongfeng and Dongfeng, and then return to Zhongfeng.

Of all the peaks, Huashan Beifeng is the most crowded, and Beifeng is the first stop for all tourists to go up the mountain. The scenic spots that need to go back are: Laojun Ligou, Bai Chi Gorge, thousands of feet Tower and Huixin Stone, depending on whether you want to go. Cross Beifeng, go straight to Ear Cliff-Heilongling-Jinsuo Pass, and reach Zhongfeng, mainly Yunv Mountain (time is limited, you can see this peak or not). It is the place where agarwood splits the mountain to save mother, mainly looking at the back of the black dragon, which looks like the back of a turtle, which is quite spectacular from a distance). You can reach Nanfeng from the east and west peaks (mainly the sky plank road). If you are under Xifeng, it takes 3-4 hours to walk from Dongfeng to Nanfeng, excluding optional attractions such as kite turning and sky plank road, which takes about 45 minutes each.

If you want to save labor, it must be going up in the west and down in the north, because the west peak is more than 2000 meters above sea level and the north peak is more than 1.600 meters above sea level. Not to mention the ups and downs on the way, there is a height difference of more than 400 meters just by comparison.

However, I personally recommend going north and west-even if the physical strength is ok, it is best to walk from Yuquan source to Beifeng, because almost all the scenic spots can be seen at that time.

The reasons for recommending going north and west are as follows:

First, although the north peak is more than 400 meters lower than the southeast peak, it is not tiring to climb it because of its long distance.

2. From Beifeng to Jinsuo Pass, you have to go through the classic Xieerya-Heilongling route. If you go in the opposite direction, you may have a conflict with people going up the mountain (the road is too narrow, so you won't be allowed to go this way when there are many people, only the flat but beautiful Feiyuling Courtyard Road is allowed).

Third, downhill puts a lot of pressure on the knees, but it is not necessarily better than uphill.

Recommended route

From the perspective of fully experiencing Huashan's history, culture and natural scenery, the best way is to walk from Yuquanyuan to Beifeng (about 4 hours, only the last 1 hour, and the steps of thousands of feet Building-Bai Chi Gorge and Laojun Plough are steep, so it will be fine if you walk slowly).

-If you decide to take the Beifeng cableway, the trip will be much easier. Take a bus from the visitor center to the next stop of Beifeng cableway, and the cable car will go to Beifeng.

After that, go to Beifeng, then go to Jinsuo Pass via Xierya-Heilongling (2 hours), and then take (Zhongfeng)-Dongfeng-Nanfeng-Xifeng (2 hours)-if you have experienced kite turning and aerial plank road, add at least 1 hour each, and don't miss Fengge and several peaks (Zhongfeng has no special features).

Huashan Mountain, located in Shaanxi Province, is one of the top ten famous mountains in China. Famous for taking risks. The film that outsmarted Huashan was shot here.

Old people don't recommend going up the mountain from Xifeng. The west peak is too high, and the ropeway sometimes stops because of the strong wind. 20 18 Spring Festival holiday, when we climbed Huashan Mountain, Xifeng was not in the service area. We climbed the mountain by cableway from Beifeng. Even if the ropeway doesn't stop, the journey from Xifeng to Beifeng is long, with many steps and steep steps, which are too much for the elderly. Take the cableway from Xifeng and go straight down. It's a pity that the scenic spots are limited.

It is suggested that it is more appropriate for the elderly to take a cableway up the mountain from Beifeng. The ropeway is not too high, so it doesn't sway much. Old people don't faint.

There is a service area when you get off the ropeway. You can sit down, have a rest and eat something simple.

If you don't want to climb the mountain, you can look at the breathtaking scenic spots where Huashan is dominant at the intersection of the mountain. Look at the scene of young people climbing mountains. Old people will also have fun.

Xifeng cableway goes up the mountain, Beifeng cableway goes down the mountain, and the walking route.

Xifeng, Nanfeng, Dongfeng and Beifeng.

It is recommended to take the cable car up and down, and the itinerary should not be too tight. Take the Xifeng cableway up the mountain, start the tour from Xifeng, then go from Xifeng to Nanfeng, then go through Zhongfeng to Beifeng, and take the cableway down the mountain directly. This route is almost a step down the mountain, relatively easy, and you can see the most essential scenery of Huashan. It shouldn't be a problem for old people and children to walk slowly in this section of the road. If you can't leave Nanfeng, don't leave. It won't be too tired to go straight down the mountain from Beifeng.

When I am old, I go up and down in the west and only play Xifeng and Nanfeng.
