What month is the rainy season on 20 17?
Meteorologically speaking, the first day when the continuous rainy weather in early summer exceeds 6-7 days and the daily average temperature exceeds 22 degrees is called plum blossom day, and the day when the continuous rainy weather ends is called plum blossom day.
In the calendar, the so-called "entering plum" time is relatively fixed, based on "stem and branch"
Calculated by the date counting method, the first "C" day after "awn seed" is taken as "plum blossom" and the first "not" day after "light summer" is taken as "plum blossom". The time of "entering Mei" is always between June 6th and June 15, and the time of "leaving Mei" is between July 8th and July 19.
The phenomenon of early rainy season
Meiyu is a unique weather and climate phenomenon in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in early summer. It is the result of stagnant current in the Yangtze River basin during the northward movement of the main rain belt in eastern China. Meiyu is over and midsummer is coming. The change of this season every year is roughly the same as the movement of the rain belt with the season, forming a certain climate regularity. However, the annual plum rains are not completely consistent, and there are great interannual changes.
Meteorologically, the beginning and ending time of plum rain are called "entering plum" (or "standing plum") and "leaving plum" (or "breaking plum") respectively. In the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China, plum blossoms come in mid-June and come out in early July every year for more than 20 days. But for each specific year, the beginning and end of meiyu and the intensity of meiyu are very different. As a result, plum rains are obvious in some years, not obvious in some years, and even empty plums appear. For example, the rainy season of 1954 is particularly long, lasting for more than two months, resulting in a rare waterlogging year in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. However, the rainy season of 1958 only lasted for two or three days, and there was a rare dry year in history.
Dietary guidance in rainy season
Because the rainy season is hot and humid, it is conducive to the reproduction and growth of mold and bacteria, and food is prone to mildew and deterioration. People who eat deteriorated food will cause diarrhea, vomiting and even food poisoning. Therefore, first of all, we must do a good job of "getting sick from the mouth".
Pay attention to the separation of raw and cooked food in rainy season to avoid cross infection. Overnight meals should be heated back to the pot. The food in the refrigerator should not be stored for too long. Don't eat at the stall casually. If you have acute gastrointestinal diseases, you should go to the hospital in time. If you feel upset in your stomach or the food is not fresh after eating, you can drink some vegetable soup or boiled water properly, or take a small amount of antibiotics, such as berberine tablets, to play a preventive role. Fruits should be washed and disinfected, and seasonal fresh fruits such as bayberry and peach should be eaten in moderation. Don't overeat, and try to eat less or no frozen items. You can eat more foods that can strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness in rainy days. Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction should pay special attention to their diet, eat more digestible foods, such as porridge, vegetables, bean products, etc., and try to avoid cold food, meat, greasy and other indigestible foods. There are many dual-purpose foods for invigorating qi and spleen, relieving summer heat and eliminating dampness, such as yam, lentils, adzuki beans and coix seed, which we can eat properly.
