Weather in Nantang, Yueqing
Where is Xixi Jiao? The two oars on board can be placed at the ferry pier of the Kau Xizhou Bridge. It's getting late, Shrike flies away, and the night wind blows into Sapium sebiferum.
Under the tree is her home, and her emerald hair is exposed in the door. She opened the door and didn't see her sweetheart. She went out to pick red-violet flowers.
Autumn, autumn Nantang, she is holding a lotus seed, and the lotus grows taller. With his head down, he fiddled with the lotus seeds in the water, which were as green as the lake.
Hide lotus seeds in your sleeve. Lotus seeds are red and transparent. Miss my husband, but not yet. She looks up at the swan in the sky.
The sky was full of geese, and she went up to the tower to see her husband. Although the tower is high, she can't see her husband. She leans against the railing all day.
The railing bent and bent into the distance, and her hands were as bright as jade. The curtain is so high, rippling like sea water, empty and generally dark green.
If the sea is as long as a dream, then you are sad and I am sad. If Nanfeng knows how I feel, please blow my dream to Puxi Island.
What does a good poem look like? I once said in the form of pictures that the top class, of course, wins by muddling through, and other than that, it is all about losing skills.
Xizhou Song is such a good poem. Although there is still a long way to go compared with Nineteen Ancient Poems, it has surpassed most of China's ancient poems.
Xizhou Qu is from Selected Poems of Yuefu (first included in Selected Poems of Yutai New Fu edited by Xu Ling). The author's name has been lost. It's probably a southern folk song polished by literati in the Northern and Southern Dynasties. This kind of anonymous poem is very interesting. First, it's probably not written by one person. Second, as soon as it appeared in front of people, it showed a very high artistic realm. I have to admire it.
What is the Song of Xizhou about? As I said before, there must be a "three-reading method" in reading poetry, that is, reading the matter, reading the situation, and going deeper and deeper, so as to understand the wonderful meaning.
Let's take a look:
A girl in apricot red wants to go to Xizhou to pick plum blossoms. Does she really want to pick plum blossoms? She just wants to break one and send it to him in Jiangbei. Where is Xizhou? It's very close. There are only a few paddles by boat, but what about him? Thinking of him, I suddenly lost my mind. In the evening, Shrike flapped his wings and flew away. Did it have a tryst with its lover? The Chinese tallow tree suddenly whooshed. Ah, is he back?
The girl gently opened the door a crack, revealing the hairpin on her head. She looked and looked, but no one was there until the door was wide open. At this moment, a neighbor passed by and looked at her suspiciously. The girl bowed her head and pretended to go out to pick lotus seeds, fearing that her mind would be seen through. The weather has entered autumn, and the girl feels a little cold in her thin clothes. The lotus in Nantang is taller than others.
The girl lowered her head and fiddled with the lotus seeds. The lake is clear, reflecting her lonely shadow. She hid some lotus seeds in her sleeve. Lotus seeds are really red, just like her red face when she saw him. But where is he now? Looking up at the sky, a flock of geese flew all over Xizhou. She couldn't help looking for it on the high balcony. She has been leaning against the railing for a long time. She sighed and put down her jade hand.
The sky is so high, the sea is green; The sea is like a dream, and there is nowhere to pour out my sad heart. Maybe only the south wind knows what I think. Please blow my feelings all over the continent.
Poetry translation has always been a thankless job. It is impossible to translate a poem like Xizhou Song, because there are many blanks in every word and sentence, so it is good to supplement it reasonably. Otherwise, general literal translation is better than no translation.
Poetry is for tasting, just like good wine. The better the taste, the more mellow it is, and the more drunk it is.
The beauty of Western Zhou Opera lies in two aspects. The first is that feelings are full of twists and turns, including hesitation. Like a scene, we saw this girl listening to "The Wind Blows the Sapium", thinking that Lang had arrived and missed each other together; Lotus Picking in Nantang, lotus seed sleeves, two lovesickness; "Looking up to the sky", the height of the building is not seen, and three lovesickness. Acacia has three ups and downs. I thought we could have a chat at the end, but I just handed in the "south wind" and couldn't go on. This is indeed a true psychological portrayal of a girl in love with spring.
The second is four sentences and one rhyme. The arrangement of the first four sentences and one line is based on four sentences and one rhyme, which has a far-near effect on the phonological effect. Don't underestimate the role of rhyme, because the direct perception of rhyme is to feel the pulse of poetry. If the pulse is smooth, the whole body will be fine and cool; It is a truth that a poor pulse will make you unhappy if you are sick. Secondly, the rhetoric of Lian Zhuge is used, which is generally interpreted as speaking. In fact, it is shaped like a thimble, headed by the front end, like running water. In the Qing Dynasty, Shen Deqian commented in The Source of Ancient Poetry that "growing constantly, connecting calyx constantly, swaying endlessly, becoming more and more affectionate" means the same thing.
In The Love of Acacia, we saw a poor and lovely girl. But it is worth noting that what is behind this beauty?
You know, after all, Xizhou Qu was polished by literati. What kind of folk Song Like was its early prototype? I'm afraid this is similar to Feng Wei's Bo Xi. His missing object may be trapped in the war and never come back. From the back, it's a complete tragedy.
There are several widely sung lines in the poem, "Lotus is picked in autumn in Nantang, and the lotus is over the head. Bow your head and get lotus seeds, as clear as water. " But in line with the principle of "turning me into me", "the dream of the sea is long, and you are worried about me." Nanfeng knew what I meant and dreamed of Xizhou. "It can touch my heart more, and the feeling of lovesickness will never change. One day, maybe you and I will also borrow The South Wind Blows Dreams, which is the charm of classic poetry.
Lengzhai commented on this poem: troubles turn, such as lotus dew and round beads, crystal clear; And muddy as wine, acacia as medicine, is also on it
