What happens if you put too much tofu in gypsum?

When too much gypsum is put, tofu may have the following conditions:

1. Tofu will become too hard, taste bad and be easily broken.

Tofu has a bitter taste, which affects appetite and is not conducive to digestion and absorption.

3. Tofu will contain excessive calcium sulfate, which may lead to calcium deposition, stones, osteoporosis and other diseases.

1. Soak some soybeans overnight.
