You can hardly see it in the city. If you really want to see it, I have a few suggestions:
1) Go to Sanjiangkou, stay at Shangri-La Hotel, and then watch it in jiefang bridge or Qinqiao in the morning. But the effect is not necessarily good, so we should master the weather forecast in advance.
2) I went to Jiulong Lake during the holiday and watched the sunrise by the way. The effect was good.
You can go to Dongqian Lake for observation and appreciation, and it is also the best place to watch the sunrise in Ningbo ~ ~
