(2) The distance between isolated obstacles (such as chimneys, trees, etc.) outside the fence of the ground meteorological sounding field and the fence of the sounding field is not less than 3 times the height of the obstacle; The distance between rows of obstacles (such as houses, rows of trees, kilns, furnaces, etc.) and the fence of the detection field is not less than 1 times the height of the building;
(3) The horizontal distance between the ground meteorological observation field and the edge of a large water body (referring to reservoirs, lakes, rivers and ponds) must be more than 1m (at the highest water level); The horizontal distance from the edge of highway subgrade must be more than 3 meters; The horizontal distance from the edge of railway subgrade must be more than 2 meters (electrified railway is more than 1 meters);
(4) The obstacles on the east, south and west of the solar radiation detection field are not less than 1 times the height of the obstacles;
(5) The shielding angle of the obstacles around the weather radar detection field to the radar antenna shall not be greater than 1 degree, and there shall be no interference sources with the same or close frequency as the meteorological special equipment nearby;
(6) The atmospheric pollution sources identified by the competent meteorological department and the environmental protection department as harmful to the meteorological observation environment shall be determined by the competent meteorological department and the competent environmental protection department together with the distance between the pollution source and the fence of the meteorological observation field according to the nature of the pollution source, the discharge amount and the wind field where it is located. Twelfth in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article, the scope of environmental protection for meteorological stations should be included in the overall planning of urban and rural construction.
the competent department of urban planning administration of the city, county (city) and district shall obtain the consent of the competent meteorological department when examining and approving the construction projects within the protection scope of the meteorological sounding field.
