Vocational qualification grading system: a detailed explanation of the five-level system from primary to advanced

The vocational qualification grading system refers to the system in which the state classifies vocational skilled personnel according to certain standards and procedures in order to standardize vocational qualifications. This paper will introduce in detail the five grades in the vocational qualification grade system, and the concepts of senior electrician position and professional title.

Five grades

The vocational qualification grading system is divided into five grades, from primary to advanced, namely, five, four, three, two and one. These five grades correspond to different vocational skill levels and vocational qualification requirements respectively.

Senior electrician grade

Senior electrician is a grade in the vocational qualification grading system, which is divided into three grades and belongs to the primary title. Senior electrician holds a professional skill qualification certificate, not a professional title. In addition to senior electrician, the vocational qualification grading system also includes six grades: preparatory technician, chief technician, junior (level 5), intermediate (level 4), technician (level 2) and senior technician (level 1).

Concept of professional title

Professional title refers to the professional technical level, ability and achievements of professional and technical personnel. Professional titles reflect the academic level and technical ability of professional and technical personnel, and symbolize a certain identity and status. It should be noted that a senior electrician is not the same as a senior professional title, a senior technician is a senior professional title and a technician is an intermediate professional title.
