Ma Yuan National Urban Wetland Park is located in Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, with a total area of 600 hectares. In the deep mountains of central and western Hebei Province, there is an intermountain basin whose hinterland overflows into a river called Juma River.

The upper reaches of Juma River were called Laishui in ancient times. Because it is the source of Laishui, it is called Laiyuan. Laiyuan Basin is surrounded by Taihang Mountain, Hengshan Mountain, Yanshan Mountain and three mountain ranges. The three mountains meet in Laiyuan, where the essence of their scenery is concentrated. 4. Xingwen Tower

The landmark building "Xingwen Pagoda" in Laiyuan County was built in the third year of Tang Tianbao (AD 744). According to historical records, in the 18th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1539), the stupa was restored by two monks. According to experts' research, this tower belongs to Liao architecture and has high historical, scientific and artistic value. Therefore, 1982 has been announced by the people's government of Hebei Province as a provincial key cultural relics protection unit.

5. Geyuan Temple

Ge Yuan Temple is located in the middle of Laiyuan County, Hebei Province, in the west wall of the Drum Tower in the old county. It is a thousand-year-old temple and belongs to the national key cultural relics protection unit. Ge Yuan Temple was "built in the Eastern Han Dynasty and rebuilt in the Tang Dynasty". The earliest existing building is the Manjusri Hall built in the early Liao Dynasty, which is an earlier, larger and most well-preserved civil building in China.

It is one of the few civil buildings in China with a history of more than 1,000 years, with high historical, scientific and artistic value. Geyuan Temple, known as Gezi Garden before the Ming Dynasty, may be a temple with attic as the main body.
