Both. There is an ostrich farm opposite Nanhua Temple, and one can't remember its name. There is a relatively small but clean and cheap hotel nearby. There is a bigger and better hotel in front of Nanhua Temple, which is also very good. There are several hot spring hotels, the most famous of which is probably Caoxi Hot Spring Resort.
