The following is an example to introduce the mode and function of the system (note: if it is a TCP/IP communication system, there is no floor communicator part): □ Normal room is in unattended mode when nobody is present, and RCU is in unattended power-saving operation state at this time; ;

□ Floor communication display and software display that the guest room is empty;

□ RCU is in unmanned power-saving operation state at this time;

□ Room air conditioning operates in unmanned mode and is remotely controlled by network. Its working state can be set on the software side. For example, if it is set to 15 degrees in winter, the air conditioner will automatically turn on or off and keep the room temperature at 15 degrees; If it is set to 28 degrees in summer, the air conditioner will be turned on or off automatically, and the room temperature will be maintained at 28 degrees (the temperature value and damper can be set freely on the software side, and you need to log in as a system administrator when setting this parameter). If a floor or a room is not rented for a long time in the off-season, you can set the air conditioner to off in the software to save energy to the greatest extent;

□ The exhaust fan in the guest room bathroom exhausts air regularly to keep the indoor air fresh. □ You can check the running status of room equipment through the software at the front desk of the hotel and rent out normal rooms to guests;

□ The guest checks in at the front desk, issues an electronic door lock card, and the guest room enters the rental check-in mode (learned from the wine management software);

□ The air conditioner will automatically switch from unattended mode to check-in mode. In the check-in mode, the set temperature of the air conditioner is comfortable, for example, it is set to 24 degrees in summer (the temperature value is set on the software side), and it runs at high speed, so that the room has reached a comfortable temperature when entering. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, close the electric valve and stop the fan operation; □ Guests use the guest card to open the door;

□ When the door magnetic switch detects that the door is open, it will automatically turn on the porch light and turn it off with a delay of 30 seconds; ;

□ Insert the door lock card into the power-saving switch, and the power-saving switch will be intelligently identified. Only legal cards can be powered on, and the lights enter the welcome mode. External display, floor communication display and software show that the guest room has been occupied; If the intelligent communication switch is used, the cardholder's identity, such as guest card, waiter's name and manager's name, can also be transmitted to the system software for display. The system will give different functional permissions according to different identities (for example, the waiter card can't be powered on when the TV is powered on).

Welcome method 1: the specific lights are turned on gradually or according to the set brightness. This method is suitable for lamps with dimming function;

Welcome way 2: check the actual lighting illumination of the guest room. If the light is too weak, turn on a specific light in a set way. In this way, RCU needs to install light detection function;

□ External display, floor communication display and software display show that the guest room has been occupied. -Guests can control lighting, TV, curtains, etc. Through the weak current switch panel;

□ The system has multi-channel 220V/3A high-voltage relay control output, of which two channels are multi-level (10%- 100%) dimming switches (mostly used as left and right bed lights), and the light brightness can be changed uniformly in multiple levels;

□ The air conditioner enters the local operation mode, and guests can operate the thermostat to control the room temperature according to their own needs; On the software side, you can query the air conditioning operation in the guest room in real time, such as actual temperature, set temperature, wind speed and so on.

□ Service information such as "Please clean up immediately", "Do not disturb", "Please wait", "SOS" and "Check out" in the guest room will be transmitted to the door display, floor communicator and software interface in real time, with sound and information prompts;

□ When there is information such as "Call Service" and "SOS", the "Do Not Disturb" service request cannot be realized; "Do not disturb" is also interlocked with "Please clean up immediately" and "Please wait"; It is invalid to press the "doorbell" key of the outdoor display in the "Do Not Disturb" state;

□ When the guest is answering the phone or in the bathroom, if someone rings the doorbell button outside the door, the guest can press the "Please Wait" button on the control panel, and the "Please Wait" window on the "Outside Monitor" lights up to tell him to wait; When the guest presses this key again or opens the door, this state is cancelled;

-Real-time transmission of air conditioning operation status, room temperature, door magnetism, window magnetism, safety switch status and other information to system software. □ When the guest is resting, press the "Master" button on the bedside, and the system will enter the sleep mode;

□ All lights are turned off and automatically enter the "Do Not Disturb" state (programmable change);

□ In the sleep state, as long as you press any key, the "night light" will automatically turn on and wake up the system to return to the normal mode; □ When the guest goes out (does not check out), the system enters the "no one to rent" mode;

□ The air conditioner operates in the "rented unmanned" mode, for example, it is set to 19 degrees in summer.

□ Even if the card is still inserted in the power-saving switch, RCU can intelligently judge whether someone really exists in the guest room through infrared microwave detectors installed in the bedroom and bathroom. If there is no one for a long time, you can turn off the corresponding equipment to save energy;

□ When the guest returns to the guest room again, the air conditioner will automatically restore the state set by the guest before, so as to respect the individual needs of the guest. During the operation of the system, there will be some special circumstances, and the system will control it in real time and give an alarm prompt, such as:

-When the guest room shows no one, the door is open for a long time, or the safe is abnormally opened, the system software will give an audible and visual alarm to remind the service personnel to handle it, so as to ensure the personal and property safety of the guests;

□ When the guest is unwell or has special circumstances, press the "SOS" emergency call button set in the guest room or bathroom, and the system will quickly transmit the information to the floor communication display and software so that the service personnel can handle it urgently.
