Brief introduction of Vientiane City of Shenzhen China Resources Center

Shenzhen China Resources Center Vientiane City has a total construction area of 550,000 square meters and a total investment of over HK$ 4 billion. The first phase of the project includes Vientiane City, a super-large indoor shopping and entertainment center, and China Resources Building, an international standard 5A office building. The second phase of the project, including five-star commercial hotels, serviced apartments and super-large outdoor entertainment and leisure squares connected in series by commercial pedestrian streets, will be fully started in 2005.

Vientiane City is the shopping and entertainment center of China Resources Center, with a building area of 1.88 million square meters, and it is the largest shopping and entertainment center in Shenzhen. It integrates department stores, international brand flagship stores, fashion boutiques, food courts, Olympic standard indoor skating rinks, large-scale dynamic amusement parks, multi-hall cinemas and other elements to provide one-stop shopping, leisure, catering and entertainment services for Shenzhen citizens and tourists.
