1. Legal provisions

Article 18 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that adults are persons with full capacity for civil conduct and can independently conduct civil legal acts; /kloc-Minors over 0/6 years old whose main source of livelihood is their own labor income are regarded as persons with full capacity for civil conduct. Minors under the age of 16 are persons with limited capacity for civil conduct, and persons with limited capacity for civil conduct are represented by their legal representatives or with the consent of their legal representatives.

2. Hotel security risks

(1) Hotel is a place open to the public. Anyone can come in and out freely, and it's a mixed bag. Some lawless elements are also easy to sneak into hotels, which poses a great threat to hotel safety.

(2) The hotel used a lot of combustible materials in the decoration process: wooden furniture, textiles, paper and other combustible materials, as well as matches, alcohol, paint and other flammable and explosive materials, which easily caused fires.

(3) The drinking and smoking of hotel guests are also the most concentrated and serious places, which are prone to sudden safety accidents.

(4) When the guest's consumption in the hotel is not satisfied or the hotel does not handle some complaints properly, it is easy to cause conflicts and accidents.

(5) In recent years, unsafe accidents such as hotel cameras have also occurred from time to time.

3. The child's own ability is insufficient

Many children have no self-care ability and cannot take care of themselves; And the lack of due understanding of the surrounding security risks. If there is a sudden safety accident in the hotel, the child can't think of a proper solution in a short time, and staying alone in the hotel poses a great threat to the child's life and health.

To sum up, it is not recommended that children live in hotels alone.
