How to slaughter rabbits

There are three ways to kill rabbits:

1, kill.

Hold the rabbit's hind leg with his left hand, make it upside down, then chop the back of his head with his right palm and kill the rabbit with a wooden stick;

2, gas killing method.

Inject air 1 ml to 2 ml into the ear vein of the rabbit with a syringe to make the rabbit die;

3, massive bleeding method.

Step on the rabbit's hind feet with your right foot, make the rabbit lie on its side, hold the rabbit's ear with your left hand and raise it slightly, and cut the carotid artery, jugular vein and trachea with your right hand with a knife, so that it will bleed to death.

Precautions:

Rabbits should be bled immediately after being killed. It is best to hang the rabbit upside down, cut the carotid artery with a knife and fully bleed for at least 2 minutes. When the released blood is light pink, the meat can be preserved for the longest time.
