Weifang Kite Museum

Weifang Kite Museum is located in Kuiwen, Weifang City No. 66, District Administration Street, built in April 1989. It is currently the largest professional kite museum in the world. It covers an area of ??1.3 hectares and has a construction area of ??8,100 square meters. The architectural shape adopts the characteristics of Weifang's leading centipede kite. The roof ridge is a complete combined ceramic dragon. The roof is paved with peacock blue glazed tiles and the walls are paved with white mosaic. The entire architectural design style is unique like a dragon flying in the sky, falling and rising again.

The museum has 12 exhibition halls, including the Comprehensive Hall, the China Hall, the Weifang Hall, and the Friendship Hall. In an exhibition room of about 2,000 square meters, there are collections of ancient and modern kite treasures at home and abroad as well as cultural relics and information about kites. There are more than 2,000 pieces, which introduce the history, classification, innovation of kites, the Weifang International Kite Festival, friendly exchanges in the kite industry, and the general situation of Weifang City.

The exhibition mainly displays more than 1,000 fine kites in five categories: tubular, plate, hard-wing, soft-wing, and string kites, as well as more than 300 detailed kite cultural relics, which comprehensively and objectively reflects the Weifang kites. It has a unique style with a wide range of themes, beautiful shapes, fine paintings, and bright colors; it introduces foreign kites with generous ideas, exaggerated shapes, sharp color contrasts, focusing on flying performance, and high research value; it reproduces the previous Weifang International Kite Fair The grand occasion showed the tremendous changes that have taken place in all walks of life under the guidance of the Weifang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government’s decision to “set the stage for culture and perform economically”. In 1988, kite organizations from various countries recommended Weifang as the "Kite Capital of the World", and in 1989, the "International Kite Federation" was established. The Kite Museum receives more than 30,000 domestic and foreign visitors every year and has become an important window for Weifang City to open to the outside world.

The Weicheng District Government attaches great importance to the investment and construction of Fuyanshan Tourism Development Zone. It has invested 38 million yuan and has basically completed the construction of infrastructure and some scenic spots. It has built a large archway for Chaoyang Temple and Jinshan Mountain, a large kite flying ground and an observation platform. World Folk Customs Park; 2. Natural Scenery Area; 3. Entertainment Activity Area; 4. Vacation Villa Area; 5. Water Activity Area; 6. Logistics Service Area. The most fun ones are the Water Palace, roller coasters, etc.), Jinbao Paradise (ticket 15 yuan), Weizhou Paradise (15 yuan). Of course, the most famous ones in Weifang are: Shimu Garden and Hanting. The Yangjiabu Folk Customs Grand View Garden. Free parks and squares include: People's Park, People's Square, Bailanghe Square Green Belt, Yuhe River Green Belt (about 15 kilometers long), Zhangpu River Green Belt (about 10 kilometers long), Ziyi Garden, Dongyuan Park, etc.

Go west to the intersection of Dongfeng Street and Siping Road and walk north. The Senior Activity Center faces the street - Harley

They are all relatively famous and there are more people.

Nightclubs: All large hotels have nightclubs, all of similar size.

KTV: There are all over the streets in Weifang. The 1+1 mentioned above is at the south gate of Kite Plaza at the intersection of Shengli Street and Siping Road; the blog is on the roof of the Wal-Mart supermarket at the intersection of Dongfeng Street and Xinhua Road. ; In addition, there is the Taiwanese Business Club on the roof of Zhongbai Building at the intersection of Shengli Street and Heping Road; The Sound of Music is on the second floor of Electronic Street heading north at the intersection of Dongfeng Street and Xiping Road; Roman Holiday is in the Yaxing Bridge South Cultural Center on Dongfeng Street . These sound effects are good.

The place to play is Fuhua Amusement Park, but the quality is quite high. You can also go to Jinbao Paradise, which is reasonably priced.

Or come here for free and check out the scenery in major squares (Bailang River Square, Kite Square, City Hall Square, etc.)

If you want to see folk items (like Yangjiabu New Year paintings, etc.), You can take bus No. 5 at the train station to visit the Hanting Yangjiabu Folk Customs Grand View Garden.

There are many places to eat, but the specialty snacks are a bit hard to find, such as the City God Temple Fire. You can eat Chaotian hot pot, chicken, duck and music. These prices are okay, not too expensive. I personally think that as long as you don’t go to big restaurants to eat, you can still afford to spend money on meals, hey!

I don’t know where I’m going to stay, but I would like to suggest you go to a better hotel.

Wish you have fun!

3-day tour of Qingdao:

Day 1: Zhanqiao (the symbol of Qingdao. The tour time is about 40 minutes, take pictures and sit on the beach. Recommendation: Bring your own camera, don’t I was deceived by the photographer at the scenic spot. Don’t buy anything near the pier. Don’t blame me for not reminding you.) Sea sightseeing by boat (20 yuan for more people. It takes about 20-30 minutes. Seeing Qingdao on the sea has a unique flavor. Little Qingdao, Navy You can see the museum, the trestle, and the Sea Palace.) Qingdao Underwater World (90 or 100 yuan. 90 is the ticket to the underwater world, and 100 yuan is the ticket to the underwater world + aquarium. 80% of the buses at the station near the trestle are there, and go to Lu Xun Park. Get off at the station, the fare is 1 yuan and bring your own change. Don’t take the motorcycle ride near the pier, don’t blame me if you have to do it, don’t say Qingdao is not good. It takes about 1.5-2 hours and there is an underwater show: Human Shark Show 11. : 2 shows a day at 00/15:30. 2 shows a day at 9:30/14:00. If you miss the show, it’s a waste!) Xiaoyu Mountain (15 Yuan Underwater World, 10 minutes’ walk away, see Qingdao from the air) , after looking up at the sea in front, let’s take another overlook. It takes about 40 minutes) It’s noon, it’s time to eat (there is no good food nearby, it is recommended to pack something and go to the supermarket, I don’t need to introduce it. After coming out of Xiaoyushan, it’s 5 minutes’ walk) -It’s a good idea to go to Huiquan Bathing Beach (No. 1 Bathing Beach) for a beach picnic. Take away the trash after eating and be a good person. After eating, take a walk on the beach, which is both digesting and relaxing.) Bada. Guan (the first bathing beach) is along the seaside to Badaguan. Don’t take a car. Walking this way will make you feel tired. Badaguan is a place that kills film. If you don’t have a digital camera, prepare more film the day before, and prepare more for digital. SD card. It's easy to get lost in Badaguan and there are many restricted areas. Don't rush into places where there is security. It's best to stay away from people in black outside the door. It is recommended to walk along the seaside and crowded places. Not long after walking to the sea, you will find the second bathing beach. Take a short break and enjoy the sea breeze. 2-3 hours should be enough in Badaguan. Don’t be too late and be careful to get lost. Walk along the sea to the Haitian Hotel) and the Sculpture Street of Donghai Road ( Starting from the seaside in front of Haitian Hotel, there are two options: If you are tired of taking the bus, you can continue walking along the seaside and take the bus to Fushansuo Station. If you walk to Carrefour, it’s easier to find out.) Carrefour (Shopping, buy tomorrow’s necessities. The price is cheap and there is a wide variety. After shopping, it’s time to comfort your stomach. Go east from Carrefour and cross 2 intersections, Bank of China. You can eat whatever you want at the next intersection (Minjiang Road), seafood, snacks, beer...it’s not too expensive here, so don’t worry. The cost depends on what you eat!) Eat enough, and do some exercise. Walk to May Fourth Square. May 4th Square (free, the symbol of Qingdao’s new city, it’s quite beautiful when the lights are on at night. Still a reminder, don’t buy anything nearby, bring your own camera, don’t be fooled.) After walking for a day, let’s go back and take a rest. Buses from Wusi Square extend in all directions. Day 2: Laoshan (the number one famous mountain on the sea. I won’t copy the details on the Internet, you have to find it yourself. Let me introduce some experiences and precautions. The south line is 70 yuan and the north line is 50 yuan. I recommend the south line based on its popularity and convenience. You can go by bus, but it’s not recommended. It takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to drive from the city. The price of Laoshan is about 120 yuan in the peak season from July to August. It’s about 20 yuan. After deducting the ticket fee and the tour guide fee, it’s quite cost-effective. Of course, you should choose an honest and qualified travel agency. Don’t blame me or Qingdao Tourism and Qingdao Travel if you suffer a loss. Travel agency, thank you!) The bus costs 2-4 yuan one way, and walking or small transportation fees are required within the scenic area.

Dining: The No. 1 specialty of Laoshan, a famous mountain on the sea, is seafood, which has everything you need. There is nothing you can’t eat, only things you can’t imagine. Secondly, mountain vegetables are also found in other mountainous areas and are not recommended. If you want to eat seafood, it's not cheap. It's hard to bear the money and not have something good to eat. You can go back to the city with a group in the afternoon, but you will be late if you take the bus by yourself. Not recommended to stay in Laoshan. Return to the city. If you go to Taitung (the gathering place of Qingdao’s commercial and pedestrian streets), you will certainly have plenty of food to eat. I recommend Qingdao Beer Street, which is close to Tsingtao Brewery. People who don’t know Qingdao will know about Tsingtao beer, Tsingtao draft beer of the day, and special seafood BBQ. Where else to go?) Let’s go after we’re full. Visit the pedestrian street and night market (Liqun, Wal-Mart supermarket to buy some specialties and snacks to take home) (Be careful of thieves, it’s not that Qingdao is chaotic, it’s... most thieves are not from Qingdao. So don’t say that Qingdao people are bad. Go back to the hotel The bus in Taitung is also very convenient. ) Day 3: Catholic Church (you can get up later and go to Zhongshan Road after dinner. There are fewer shops than in Taitung. The Catholic Church is on a higher ground and can be found easily on Zhongshan Road. Tickets 6 Yuan.) Jimo Road Small Commodity Wholesale Market (10-15 minutes walk from the Catholic Church, with a complete range of goods at low prices and good quality. The level of bargaining is the prerequisite for whether you can buy a bargain.) Additional answers

Give me more Can you recommend a route that connects the coast? When you get to the trestle to see the sea, walk two steps along the wooden trestle to the Underwater World, then two steps further to Huiquan, then two steps further to Badaguan, and then take a long walk along Donghai Road: ) If you have to choose a place... I suggest you go to the Zhanqiao if you have enough energy. It's usually very crowded. By the way, you can also take a bath in the sea, take a yacht, and enjoy the sea breeze. If you want to date someone, go to Huiquan Square, which has beautiful day and night views. Very good. If you like novel adventures, going to the underwater world is very dreamy. If you are older and are learning painting, I recommend going to Badaguan. It has a European charm and is romantic and pleasant:) If you like high-rise buildings, please continue walking to the east. The fiberglass-framed buildings may make you feel the prosperity of this city:) Laoshan Golden Beach TV Tower, Hot Spring Beer City, etc. are very good, but they may take some time. The sea is right after you get off the train, so it is more convenient to go to the seaside:)
