This is the first public welfare activity held by our association in the form of live calligraphy performance. What is even more proud is that our association has basically won the first and second prizes of school-level calligraphy. Through a semester of practice, we realized the importance of team building. If the association wants to grow and develop, it must first grasp internal management. Only when the internal unity is upward, will there be the passion to do a good job in the association, so our association will always advocate and instill this concept. Let people in the association get along like friends, even when the minister assigns work, he should convey it in a consultative tone. Although sometimes the work of the association is a little too much, there are also some minor problems, such as the arrangement of staff and the urgent handling of details during the activities. Problems are inevitable, so every time we carry out activities, we should think carefully, gather the opinions of cadres, and try our best to put forward all possible problems in the process of activities and solve them together.

After a semester, the most important problem facing our association is our studio, because the nature of our association determines that we must have a studio. On the one hand, it is convenient for the staff of our association to practice, and it is not necessary to disturb the students who study by themselves every time in the bishop's classroom. On the other hand, since our association was founded in 1985, there was already a studio to give us the assets of Chen Fang Association, especially the paintings and calligraphy works left by our association in previous years, which were seriously damaged because there was no studio. Therefore, we still urgently hope that HKCSS and the Youth League Committee can solve this problem for us.

At the same time, according to the reaction of some members, there is something wrong with the exchange meeting because our teaching is not systematic and perfect. At present, we are short of Chinese painting resources, mainly because we have not invited full-time calligraphy teachers and painting teachers to give us lessons. This is mainly due to the lack of funds for the activities of our association. In view of this, our association may plan to increase the membership fee to invite teachers to give us lessons next time.
