3. Choose luminous products.
Things that glow at night are really attractive. When children see nightlight, their eyes will be straight, and then the parents will pay the bill.
If the product doesn't work, buy a light string. My light string was bought by Taobao. Buying a few items from Taobao is more cost-effective than 1688.
Choose a place with a strong consumption atmosphere.
I put it in three places, the lake in the park, the open space next to shopping mall A, and the night market planned by shopping mall B.
There are many people walking by the lake, but everyone's expectation for the park is not a place to spend, so the daily turnover is basically only about 50 yuan.
At the beginning, the open space next to Shopping Mall A was set up by everyone for free, and 7 mosquito repellent bracelets were sold here every day. However, because it was freely set, it was necessary to occupy the position in advance, and then it began to charge, only once.

In addition, the mall provides lighting, tables and tents, so even if the management fee is 10 yuan a day, I still think this is the best place.

When setting up a stall by the lake, the price of mosquito repellent bracelet is 10 yuan. It is generally not easy to price unless the child wants it very much. I priced the mosquito repellent bracelet at 12, and the night market in shopping mall B was 20. Almost no one bargained, because shopping mall B had higher consumption power.
2. Set the combination price to handle counter-offer.
Buy two if you want to be cheap. One pair of ice sleeves 10 yuan, two pairs18; One large intestine headband in 5 yuan, two in 8 yuan, one mosquito repellent bracelet 12, and two in 20. This can solve the problem of people trying to make a counter-offer and work faster. If you meet someone who wants a firm counter-offer, give them a small gift. I usually give them a pinch, and the cost is less than 30 cents.
3. The person who meets the counter-offer should politely refuse.
At first, I had no experience in setting up stalls. I get angry when someone makes a counter-offer. When I refused it, people stopped buying it. Rejection must be rejected. Sincerely look at each other and say: my price is really low, and there is nothing cheaper than me in the whole street.
