How to fry Pleurotus eryngii with auricularia auricula?

Soak Auricularia auricula in advance and cut into shreds; Cut pork into diced or shredded pork (according to your own preferences); Wash Pleurotus eryngii and cut into pieces (see the cover picture of the finished product for details).

Put the right amount of oil in the pot, preheat it, pour in the pork and slide it away. After the meat changes color, add a little cooking wine and stir fry. Turn off the heat, add the appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce and continue to stir fry (it must be low, otherwise the high temperature will burn the sweet noodle sauce).
