How to fry Pleurotus eryngii with auricularia auricula?
Soak Auricularia auricula in advance and cut into shreds; Cut pork into diced or shredded pork (according to your own preferences); Wash Pleurotus eryngii and cut into pieces (see the cover picture of the finished product for details).
Put the right amount of oil in the pot, preheat it, pour in the pork and slide it away. After the meat changes color, add a little cooking wine and stir fry. Turn off the heat, add the appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce and continue to stir fry (it must be low, otherwise the high temperature will burn the sweet noodle sauce).
Add chopped Pleurotus eryngii and shredded auricularia, turn to high heat, stir fry, add light soy sauce, sugar and a little salt (the light soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce already have salt, so the amount of salt should be controlled by yourself). Finally, add a little water.
When the soup is almost the same, pour in some water starch, thin it, stir fry and you can go out!
