2. After fresh corn is put in the refrigerator, it can be taken out at any time when eating. If you want to cook fresh corn, you don't need to thaw it. Peel off most bracts from the frozen corn ears, leaving only one layer of endothelium, and put them into boxes lined with fresh-keeping bags, each weighing 5-7.5 kg, tied and stacked for storage. Pay attention to the ventilation channel when palletizing, keep the warehouse temperature constant and control it at 0℃ 0.5℃. This storage method is generally not suitable for more than 20 days.
