In two ways,

The first is photography skills, that is, chasing focus upstairs.

Focus tracking principle: keep the moving subject in a relatively fixed position in the picture, and paste the background (still object) with a slow shutter.

Simply put, like this photo of you, the bicycle moves to the right. During the short time from pressing the shutter to the end of exposure, you turn the camera to the right to ensure that this person is always in the middle of the picture on your left. Then the imaging is that the background will paste (because the camera moved when you exposed it), but the theme is clear (the subject is relatively static with you).

It is difficult for beginners to concentrate on photography, and there are many uncertainties. Generally, it's good that continuous shooting's N films can make good films, and most of them are completely pasted.

The second method is post-PS, which is very simple, but the subject can't move too fast and take up too much screen space.

High-speed continuous shooting is used when shooting, and then the subjects overlap through the superposition of PS (because the relative positions of moving objects in the two photos are different), so when the subjects overlap, the background will be blurred, and then simply adjust the transparency, and Gaussian blur can be done.
