1977 enrolled, 1982 graduated from the central academy of arts and crafts, majoring in dyeing and weaving. After graduation, he was assigned to Liaoning People's Art Theatre, engaged in stage costume design, and later assigned to Liaoning Children's Art Theatre. 1984 was transferred to Liaoning People's Publishing House as Art editor. 1986 transferred to Dalian Institute of Light Industry as a fashion design lecturer. From 65438 to 0992, he was transferred to the photography department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, then to the dyeing and weaving department, and then to the dyeing and weaving clothing department as an associate professor and professor. Professor Yonghong Zhou comes from a fine arts family. His grandfather and parents are both professors from Rumei. He has been involved in fine arts painting since he was a child. Although his works are not many, they are all published by regular publishing houses. The watercolor work "Qing Xiang" was selected for the watercolor painting exhibition in Liaoning, Kyrgyzstan and Heilongjiang provinces; Watercolor works "Water Town" and "Scenery" are respectively included in "Famous Landscape Artists" and "Famous Landscape Artists" (Liaoning Fine Arts Publishing House).
