The photo assistant problem?

1. It's useless to submit your resume online. Photographers always come to the door or the boss personally contacts them, so they must go to the door to interview.

2. The interview is usually asked by the boss or photographer. First of all, the five senses should be correct. Secondly, it is best to know about photography. The interviewer will ask you whether you have done this job before, whether you like this industry, and so on.

You can do without experience.
