1. Treatment of body curve
(1) Formation of S-shaped curve: This kind of curve will appear no matter when the figure is standing, sitting or lying. This curve is generally composed of head line, chest curve, hip curve and leg line. In the S-shaped curve, there will be gravity legs and non-gravity legs in the two legs of the character, and when the head of the character is guided to turn or fall to one side of the gravity leg, an S-shaped curve is formed.
S-shaped curve is a smooth line, which can produce amazing artistic effect, and has elegant, soft and elegant artistic charm, which is most suitable for the harmonious beauty of women with good figure.
(2) Formation of C-shaped curve: This curve can also appear in various postures of characters. It is composed of head lines combined with body lines and leg lines. A C-shaped curve is formed when a person's head tilts in the direction of the body's inclination, or when the person's head is slightly tilted in the direction of the non-center-of-gravity leg in an S-shaped curve.
C-shaped curves can show lively, lovely, naughty, relaxed and free images, which are mostly used for women or children.
(3) The composition of A-shaped curve: standing posture with legs spread apart and bearing body weight at the same time. This curve is the most inflexible of all postures, but it has the characteristics of fortitude and can show the beauty of masculinity.
Note: When using masculine movements to express women, people will feel fashionable, unique and individual.
(4) Formation of Z-shaped curve: This curve is composed of upper body lines combined with thigh lines and calf lines. Z-shaped curve is a natural body line when a character sits, squats, kneels and lies down. Changing the lines of a character's head in a Z-shaped curve combined with the lines of hips or some legs can be transformed into S or C-shaped lines. Z-shaped curve is the most obvious in the whole body composition when the characters sit, squat, kneel and lie down.
A and z-shaped curves can be composed of two right angles, which are called right-angled z-shaped curves. This curve is only used for men's sitting posture, showing the beauty of men's strength.
B and z curves can be composed of two acute angles, which are called acute angle z curves. This curve can make the space of the trunk narrow, and the lines of the body are not obvious. At this time, attention should be paid to the placement of the arms to avoid the lines of the body. If the arms are close to the body, the waist will be bloated and elegant. Try to avoid overlapping lines in photography.
C and Z curves can be composed of two obtuse angles, which are called obtuse Z curves. This kind of curve usually appears in the supine posture of characters, and the Z-shaped curve has smooth lines, which can show a comfortable and carefree modality.
D and Z-shaped curves can also be formed by the cooperation of acute angle and obtuse angle, which is called mixed angle Z-curve. Right angles are rarely used with other angles. The Z-shaped curve of mixed angle gives people a sense of flexibility, which is often manifested in kneeling position and lying position.
2. Handling of the lines of hands and arms
1. Changes of the lines of arms
(1) Straight lines-lines that appear when the arms naturally droop or are placed freely. The lines of this arm give people a natural and smooth feeling. A straight line will appear when the arm supports the weight of the body part, and it is not suitable to use this arm line at other times.
(2) zigzag lines-lines of the arm when the elbow bends to form an acute angle or an obtuse angle. Pay attention to the fact that when the arm bends, try not to form an acute angle of extrusion deformation. When the arm forms a right angle, the lines of the characters will show a strong feeling (belonging to masculine lines).
2. Line processing of the arm
(1) The movements of the arm should mainly show the lines of the arm near the camera, and try to be complete, smooth and natural. When the arms are spread out, the elbows should bend naturally, which will appear natural and smooth.
(2) When shooting the silhouette of a figure, don't just show one hand out of the silhouette of the hidden arm, which not only destroys the curve of the body, but also gives people the feeling of rock the boat. Either don't show it, or show your arms.
(3) The space enclosed by the arm and part of the body is called a hole in photography. The size of the hole can reflect whether the body lines are obvious, so the lines of the big body are obvious, but the lines of the small body are not obvious. In photography, it is to avoid overlapping lines as much as possible. Note that fat people should not shoot in a hollow way.
(4) The arm can be thick or thin. As long as the inside and outside of the arm can't be seen in the lens or the arm is not close to the body, the arm will appear thinner.
(5) When the elbow of the hand is lifted, there should be a support point, and don't let the elbow rush to the camera lens, otherwise it will cause perspective deformation, and at the same time, the two arms should try not to appear parallel lines.
3. Hand handling of characters
Slender hand-refers to the hand that can't see the front palm in the lens and makes the index finger line or little finger line face the lens. This hand shape is mostly treated as the middle finger, ring finger and little finger bending rhythmically to block the palm, and the palm can't be seen at the lens. This hand shape is mostly used in the delicate emotional expression of women's close-up and semi-avatar composition.
stout hand-refers to a broad flat palm or a fist-clenched hand. Thick hands can show dynamic, strong, energetic and majestic, and can also show rudeness and violence. Often used in male performance.
4. Handling the posture of the hand when holding an object
A hand that obeys the lines of an object refers to a hand that stretches rhythmically and obeys the lines of the object when holding or grasping the object, and the lines of the hand form a whole with the lines of the contact object. This hand gesture is soft, stretched, relaxed and elegant. Mostly used for women.
the hand opposite to the object line refers to the hand that grips the object hard. This hand posture is that all fingers are close together to hold the object and stand opposite to the line of the object. At this time, the hand posture does not have elegant feeling, but it can show feelings of heavy heart, nervous spirit, emotional excitement or anger.
