Renheng Lv Wen Development Co., Ltd. signed a conceptual design and scheme design contract with Thinkwell Design Company. Renheng Nanjing Jiang Xinzhou Lv Wen Resort Project is located at the southern end of Nanjing Ecological Science and Technology Island in jianye district, Nanjing, with a total land area of about 340 mu and a total investment of over 4 billion yuan. The planning concept of the project is "the combination of culture and tourism, leisure and entertainment, and popular science education". The main products include Dream Ocean Park, Skiing Park, Ice and Snow Entertainment City, Water Park, Rainforest Zoo and Vigorous Commercial Street. It is expected to be fully opened by the end of 2024.
